Freeplay enabled for you. You still can't start game though. If you look at the video, the game will start automatically when the nesica card is scanned. Maybe the button is pressed offscreen and you can't see it to start the game.

Probably wrong installation, both game, and LL3 needs to be in D drive, or you're stuck on second screen, the game has 2 screen

the only things which I found out are basically command line arguments for ll3.exe
-singlemonitor: disables second monitor
-windowmode: disables fullscreen mode
-sw X: set screen width (where X is the pixel width)
-sh X: set screen height (where X is the pixel height)
-centralmode: forces the game to run to central mode (gacha touch screen application) instead of satellite mode (the default mode with two screens)
-highquality: improves the game quality (expect your GPU usage go stonk)

NOTE: on ll3test.exe if you run with the argument -centralmode it won't go on test mode and it loads normally

thanks to you, now there's a progression, changin the .dat file of centralmode, it makes the game to Free Play, the touch does work,

 

but the banner "ただいまオフラインのためプレイできません" (which is mean, "Welcome, you can't play, because you're offline") makes the game soft-locked, maybe all we need is a server emulator, or bypass the server check 

 

if you want to try by yourself, >> setting_ls4_center.dat

copy the file to D:\LL3\

make sure, you're run the ll3.exe from desktop, Right-click on it, add -centralmode, in the "Target"

 

example : "D:\Games\Love Live SIFAC\game\ll3.exe" -centralmode

That explains the text inside the window which in my end is completely blank. Did you perhaps set the locale as Japanese?

I think the problem is that the online portion of the game controls a lot of things within the game. Even if you could start the game, the game needs a connection to the server to be able to determine a lot of things about the game you are going to play, for example characters available etc etc. Without that the game simply doesn't work, i guess it's the new age copy protection.  To be able to even play this, i'm pretty sure it's going to require the server emulated.

 

Interesting find on the switches null, i looked at the exe and can see them now, nice find though! I learned a new skill!

that one is outdated, also the game is unplayable without server emulator, the game is online only, use the ll3 center instead if you want to try (SERVER EMULATOR IS NEEDED)
currently no emulator that can emulate the server

I was able to start in central mode. Thank you.
I think if we can use JConfig, we can play in satellite mode.

Hello. I'm a new user on using BemaniPC, but I don't know what am I supposed to do to boot up IIDX SIRIUS at my PC.

I have the internal PCBID and EAMID, including the HDD data I got from nyaa.si, but I'm out of luck.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

P.S2. Like what i stated above, the game can't be played unless you have the way to emulate the Nesica server. The game in here (ofc, Japan arcade) also shutted down

With 7zip

And you will need all other parts too

Open 001 and 7zip will extract the rest sequentially

Just open the .7z file with 7zip, it will extract all files sequentially from the numbered files, if it is complete

not much i can help, me myself just put the ls4 file, it changed to free play mode. but it doesn't serve any purpose, you need an satellite/nesica emulator

it's not missing, it's created by itself, the time you launch it, it's automatically creating it
it's should be located at D:\LL3\

all those .dat file can be opened using Notepad++ 

I attached mine, below, already set to Free to Play, but the game still can't be played due missing server. The game requires online services.

inside D Drive folder, you will find LL3 and system folder, copy both files to D: drive, DO NOT copy it anywhere else (example : D:\Game\ << DON'T do this), just D: then paste here.

sadly none at the moment, probably at 2022 (?) or never comes ? who knows, probably someone will emulate the server, like Project Diva Arcade Future Tone, it has unlocked all the skins, and the score are saved

Someone did simulate the server, but he didn't release it. I've contacted people who have successfully run and played, and he doesn't have any ideas to release. But we can know that the simulation is feasible.

2021/10/18 (October 18th, 2021) was the last time game operated, including update (update on shutting down the server), the game can no longer retrieve the data from the server.

the game itself, requires NESICA member card to be scanned, before you can insert coins/swipe the card.
so it's kinda make sense, the game is SOFT-LOCKED, it's kinda playable, but not without any server, the game was meant to be online (or local online), it's need transmission in transferring data from the server to the machine itself.

in short terms : without server, or etc, you can't do anything, because there's no data retrieved from the server.

kinda sucks, the dev decided to make this game "Member" only

Somone know what all is required to run all these TTX games on windows 10? I did a fresh install on a new motherboard/CPU and anytime I try to launch any 'game.exe' it will attempt to open then just crash. I have the latest DirectX, C++ redistributable C++ 2015-2019, etc.
All was working great on my previous system.. but its been awhile, I forgot what all was installed to run properly.

Not using any loaders... just direct exe's which I know work on my previous build. So I installed all the ones you mentioned. But for some reason 2005 will not install. I have a feeling 2005 is needed for these to work... none of them are launching. Im on Win10 Pro 19044, This is the latest windows update.. maybe it broke these TTX games? Can someone with the latest windows confirm this? there has to be a workaround or fix.

Grabbed the .zip from the link... all was installed. Also .Net is turned on. Still not working... Will probably try to do a fresh install of windows. Thanks for the suggestions

So I have another build that all the TTX games work fine. Windows 20H2 (19042)

If you go higher than that it won't work for me (21H2 - 19044). So I am trying to roll back the non- working one and only upgrage to 20H2. Damn windows!
