yep tried every setting in TP, GLaRH and JC but nothing makes the videos play, some people are saying the videos play but i'm not sure its the video files, could be the attract mode that plays with the reduced videos 

i would like to see a video of it loading

Just with jconfig (nothing else except reg and ini fix provided with jconfig) and everything works including intro video

I tried to record with another sofware but the intro video is still not recorded. sorry. btw it works...

yeah i think thats probably more likely to be the problem Nvidia or AMD, i'd like to hear if anyone on AMD has the video working.

deleted old file d3dx9 dll file and it's work

AMD cards are "good" only for recent games, but for everything related to emulation / custom uses or old games it's just horrible, bugs everywhere... I will never buy an AMD card again...

I think the only game here which is better working with an AMD card is DeathSmilesII, for all the rest I think nvidia cards are a better choice if not the only only one...

Yes saw a codec there but I prefer not to install anything 

that can break other games as emuai said so if only to delete 

one dll and replace it with another needed for the intro video

If by “perfectly” u mean that with tp the 2 old issues remains

of no intro video/crash at the end of the continue countdown 

so for me nothing changed on kof mira

so for those having trouble with intro for king of fighters maximum impact start with fresh download   put newest gameloader in and jvs loader exe aswell as miracard .ini and kofmira.reg set gpu in miracard.ini dont know if miracard.ini is still needed with game loader but I have in there

gameloader settings

Window size select settings 1 = I put 1920x1080 you put your size make sure to click on it to activate it

Loader Mode=1

Loader Settings 1=jvsemu also select your gpu for me Nvidia

Loader Settings 2=d3d9 converter to d3d8=new  Anistropic Filtering optional I have 16

Other 3 optional I have no admin mode cheched and do not minimize each window on desktop checked well all the top ones checked except taskbar auto hide

patch and save loader settings 1 save and close

open jconfig map controls

uncheck sound wrapper and 3d9 wrapper

Nesica Settings

uncheck all except sv folder save click ok

click ok close

game now fullscreen 1920x1080 intro plays and can continue after count down

gameloader installer exe must be ran once before intalling portable mode if you want put 0 in gameloader settings ini to get rid of version at bottom of screen

Start with gameloader exe

it's ok i give up with it dude, its a no go,

just to be clear the game works fine with jvs and no gameloader (gameloader only used for upscale), just doesn't play videos, i can press service after snk logo and game plays fine until defeat then it crashes before game over video
the way joe555 describes above is the furthest i can get in TP, game starts but stops at snk logo no matter if i press service or coin.

i only want the damn videos to play lol  if the videos play i can play normal and continue after defeat.

yeah..getting KOF MIR to work in TP without any crashes seems like a mission impossible. Keeps crashing after defeat, even after using Duncon's game.exe.

I found 2 downloads one for NESiCAxLive (2011) and the other for NESiCAxOffLive (2020)
First I don't know the difference between the two.
Second I don't know what emulator or what files I need to add for it to work.
any help would be appriciated.

the 2nd one has most likely been tampered with so use the first one
you need to use Jconfig as the loader for nesica games, it's best imho
you can use game loader also to upscale the visuals for your screen if needed

jconfig is available on this site as is game loader,
then you just gotta read and learn how to use both
look in the readme that comes with jconfig for the games individual jconfig settings
the one file that matters with all nesica games is iDmacDrv32.dll, whichever loader you choose will have its own version of this file, you gotta make sure your using the correct one

within the jconfig zip you'll find a jconfig exe and a folder containing the idmac file, copy both files to the game folder,
run the jconfig exe, setup the the controls whichever way you want and the settings that are needed which are different for each game
once happy make sure to save the settings and close jconfig then run the game.exe
it "should" then work, might take a bit of trial and error with settings but generally if you do what it states in the readme then it should work
