Linux OS based arcade games are TP exclusive, for a good reason !
It took a insane amount of work to get it to work, and even on Window$ for the not so computer savvy !

So, shell out $5 a month, or you could try to get it to work on Linux, good luck.

It's is going to crash if you don't hit the start button to play...it's been like that and so far going to stay like that...

I know that if I press START before the game works correctly, I finished it before asking about the problem here.
but if the error exists, what is the problem in trying to solve it?

Its the dump you have to find a different one had the same problem

 

Can someone tell me if there is a fix for win 7 and elfldr2 in teknoparrot? the game runs fine but i have no sound in any of the teknoparrot games that use elfldr2 i dont want to but it looks like im going to have to add a separate hd with win 10 on it to run these new lightgun games

You're exactly right. It's all about money for them now. They got hacked a while back, so I'm sure they'll keep games on Patreon even longer to pay for the server upgrades they mentioned.

Running Linux based arcade games on Window$ is TeknoParrot EXCLUSIVE, they put a LOAD of effort into it.

You know of ANY other project that achieves this, for a few bucks per month ?

And the beauty is for those few bucks per month, one unlocks also these games !

SEGA Lindbergh , PC Based, red and yellow run on Montavista Linux

Namco ES1, PC Based, runs on a modified "Arcade Linux" operating system.

 

So yeah, please tell us how to run those games natively on Linux for free, a tutorial would be handy.

Make sure I/O also works !

forgot about them pretty fast

so its either paying the minimum at 

least or continue waiting till unknown date

I am having trouble trying to launch Terminator Salvation. So far, the command window on Teknoparrot tries to launch the game and then it crashes. I have no idea what to do. Any help or suggestions would be great cause I would love to play this game. Thanks.

Well, I was finally able to get Terminator to launch in windowed mode, but now I’m having trouble moving the crosshair when I start the game. If anyone knows how to fix this, that would greatly help. Thanks.

What do you use for input ?

Did you do a calibration in the game test menu ?

1. That’s the only way I’m able to launch the game is to run it in windowed. I have the game placed in the C drive.

 

2. I’m using my keyboard and mouse for input.

Just tested it.

Runs fine for me, full screen, straight out of the box.

I only had to add the HASP (dongle) folder to the root of the game.
Resolution patches also work fine.
