I'm curious on data inside the game, especially motion data.
Does anyone here know how to extract dance motion data, and convert the move to more famous format?
QuickBMS with default DanceEvolution script just able to extract limited amount of archives, and it can't help me with motions or musics.

I literally took screenshots of all the process and weeded out all the contradicting information from the guides we've all known. Fam... You NEED a Kinect for the game to boot. Besides your error looks like a bad DirectX install.

 

BTW, is anybody interested in an automatic installer? I'm gonna work on it since I regularly clean-install Windows 10 and it might save me some trouble in the future.

So can I run this game via Spicetools because when I download this they have a launcher see on the picture. I want play in window mode soon..

That song is not included in this dump. That song was added after E-Amusement shut down for this game.

 

Asphyxia does not work with this.

But i cant control the hand at all, it shoots up and stays there.

I cant get the hand to lower.

Any suggestions?

 

Also is there a way to test if the inputs are connecting, it seems the input is very random.

 

 

Fixed it by placing the camera above my TV instead of below it

From my understanding the game should start in fullscreen mode but it loads in windowed mode everytime. Not sure if it has to do with me running three monitors.

Asphyxia does not have support for this game. Have to use Private server.
Hallelujah was not added yet when this dump was released.

update: so for some reason it doesnt seem to like being launched with spicetools for me. i tried starting the ealocalserver and then launching gamestart.bat as adminstrator and the game is working now. weird.

 

now i just got to figure out how to change the controls.

figured out the default controls. in short the recent main guide suggesting spicetools to launch didnt work for me. however the previous guide uploaded earlier by another user that works without spicetools did,

it doesnt mention 2p start button however, that is the "shift" key.

 

def hit f11 upon starting the game to set it to freeplay and ditch the coin bs, as well as to start it in event mode for all songs ig. grahpics are a bit glitchy in these in game settings but be patient, they can jump all over on its own, just go down to save and exit once it lands on the setting you need if messing with the sound like i was.

It worked! I followed everything on this guide, and it booted up first try!

I'm quite a noob at playing arcade games... so wish I knew if there's a way to change the number of songs I can play before it says "Thanks for playing" and kicking me out to the main menu. 

The game has an internal resolution of 720p, does anybody know a way to boost it to 1080p? The game would look much crisper, I haven't found any config file to change such a thing.

 

I've backed up all the files in the guide just in case they get deleted

Same here, and placing the camera above won't fix for me, any further update?

On dance part, it recognizes very well. Just cannot move hand and therefore cannot play songs other than the default one.
