Flappy Bird baytek repair iso

Hello dear forum members, I have such a problem on my Baytek Flappy Bird machine. I fix it but when I turn it off and on, the same problem occurs again. Does anyone have an ISO file?

Might be a backlight in the screen failing ? Is it the same if you connect to an external tv/monitor?

If this is a hardware problem with the monitor, it will be visible even before the game starts.
And it does not look like a problem with the screen backlight, because the lamps or LEDs are located horizontally (in this position of the screen, vertically) along the entire length of the screen and each line is connected separately.
