I got the game to play and aim correctly on horizontal monitor with Sinden by running windowed mode as Argonlefou suggested. Then, I use an ahk to apply a bezel. I have added the method I used to the Sinden Wiki.

VPNs aren't for everyone. They take too much unnecessary setup and even then only half of them work when you want them to. Some of the best ones require an additional subscription as well.

Then don't use mamehooker, use whatever method you normally use to switch between 4:3 & Fullscreen. Sample ahk below. Change the devnumbers to whatever your guns com ports are. Delete the 2nd gun if you only have 1.

Wow...Really...you forgot where your at? I use Avira Phantom VPN...free of course....2 buttons to seup...I think you need to learn a bit more before you diss a post ...I don't need a repy back..believe me..I won't answer it..learn my friend learn...this forum has some lazy people that just want games working handed to them...be lucky there is even is a site like this to help...

How can I play it with a bezel? arcadeCabView doesn't recognize this game

Well the sinden lightgun acts like a mouse.....but i have no issues with games...Maybe it is a setting thats stopping you from moving the mouse in game.plus most of these games are made for lightguns...sorry that's al i got...

Try to delete the game from TP(so it deletes the .XML) then re add the game...setup the controllers ...I being in the upper corner with no response .means it's not seeing the mouse as a shooter(gun).

All I did was switch to my mouse and set trigger to left click and it worked.....Maybe you have a bad copy....woorks great with a mouse...mine is a 1 dongle to control my mouse and keyboard...

as patreons or play it with a mouse or light gun free

That's why it is not aligned on X axis.

If you're using DemulShooter you can try playing with a option, you can add

 

-ForceScalingX=9/16

 

into the command line and play with the ratio. 9/16 should be good in theory but some people needed to put 32/9.....play with the numbers and you'll see how the crosshair will be more accurate or not

Only working with the latest release, option was not in DemulShooterX64 before

The only information I got on the internet about that "Gore" mode seem to allow the engine to dismember characters.

Blood color looks like a splatter/effect/shadder created by the engine, where the parameters (shape, color, strenght, etc..) lies somewhere in the resource file (I guess). But as it's not a drawing or a color image....it's not that easy to find (especially when you have no knowledge at all in Unreal Engine modding or programming)

The gore disabled issue kinda reminds 

me of samurai 2019 missing gore of the arcade version 

never found a patch of red blood for it and elevator invasion as well

the gore makes games a lot more fun and realistic

For custom bezel, after first launch need:

1. Open "ElevatorActionInvasion\ESGame\Binaries\Win64/ArcCabView\UserPresets" directory.

2. Copy name profile for example "Elevator Action_h.ini"

3. Open "ElevatorActionInvasion\ESGame\Binaries\Win64/ArcCabView\Textures" directory.

4. Create  folder with profile name, i have "Elevator Action"

5. Copy bezel.png in this folder.

Are you running TP? If so need to run windowed and uncheck the black borders so it is just the game. Aim is fine. I brought this up on discord so hopefully it is resolved “fullscreen.”  No big deal as I can add my own bezel. Waiting for the “elevator door” animation. Hopefully soon.

Bonjour, pour ce jeux si tu utilise ton écran en mode paysage classique, tu peux intégrer les bordures blanches dans un Bezel pour éviter de laisser l'écran noir, il y en a de très beau dans le fils du sujet.

Patcher updated to correct the Coin issue (Credits not decreasing when used).

Please re-patch clean original exe with the tool before using the mouse_input  tool.
