Well, there is no news here. Without multicore optimizations (like the PCSX2 have), the only CPUs capable of running all of these games at fullspeed nowadays are: 

Intel: 12th gen or newer. 
AMD: Ryzen 7000 Series only.  

Anything older or lower compared to these processors, need to wait for further optimizations. Basically its the same S-Tier processors used on RPCS3 for running the games at 4K 60FPS.

Unfortunately like MAME it only uses one core/thread.

Got some news regarding the Play! Emulator. Someone is trying to get IdolMaster, Whole Body Training, Dragon Chronicle, and Druaga Online working. From what I’m gathering they are using a program that emulates the card system that these games use, so be on the lookout for 4 additional playable games. Also, as a reminder you need a desktop computer that’s at least four figures $1000+, because that’s what a PC that has turbo boost up to 5.3 GHZ. 

Mine is a 4.6 so that’s why it’s a bit slow for SC 2 & 3, both TEKKEN games, Ace Driver, and both Time Crisis games

Sounds good to me. Sounds like you have a powerful CPU. Mine is a 4.6 GHZ (includes turbo boost)

AMD Ryzen 5 7600X or the Intel equivalent will probably run at full speed or close to it 

They go for about $1300 without the monitor. The monitor is under $100

I wouldn’t mind seeing video footage. I believe you, but I’ve never seen videos of TEKKEN, Ace Driver, SC 2 & 3, and TC 3 & 4 at full speed

I’d show it off, but my laptop is too slow. I’m looking into getting a desktop powerful enough & if I do I can show it off. My laptop struggles with SC 2 & 3, TC 2 & 4, both TEKKEN games, and Ace Driver 3

我的cpu仅仅为英特尔13700,并没有很高或者很新，因为我知道去年出的还有13900，或者今天出的还有14700和14900，但是如果是笔记本电脑那是不可能达到这个速度的，因为笔记本的cpu只能发挥50%的效率

That would be fantastic (ps: I’m using Google translate to read your posts). The smaller parts in laptops probably would overheat compared to desktop CPUs.

In emulators with poor image scaling: 

Set the emulator to Full Stretch, then use Reshade to resize back to your desired Aspect Ratio.

Well, you asked for in-game calibration (nvram) not emulator calibration. For emulator calibration i use different profiles for Racing Games (works for Ace Driver, MotoGP and Wangan Midnight) and for Fighting Games (works for all Tekken games, but i still not tested on Soul Calibur), i know you use Chinese (Mandarin ?) language, but i use google translator when trying to help others here because my native language is Portuguese.



The localization of Steering, Accel (or GAS) pedal and Brake pedal are in these yellow marked inputs. So i set the config to Right Trigger (R2 in PS Controller) and Left Trigger (L2 in PS Controller). 

Remember to set the opposite axis to another key so it not conflicts in-game command.

The icons of PS2 controller i placed are equivalent to their commands on Console port.

At this time you need at least a 13th generation I7. I'm looking at 13th/14th gen I9 desktops since they aren't much more expensive 

They will drop in price as the year goes on 

Of course, the emulator could support multi-CPU/multi-threading in the future so it's possible for lower-end CPUs to play the games at a higher framerate in the future
