The 04/20/22 fun birthday present was the "Anime version" of this game, but Mame released it first so now we do not have to do it!

This is good news. (Our rom is same if cleaned, so no need to release)

 

This means no present from us in April. Sorry!

 

Big THANK YOU to:

- Everyone who enjoyed playing the release!

- Everyone dumping good games

- People working on Mame (cv 1000 emulation is impressive!)

- ExA for releasing cool games again

- Nice people who are not angry on the internet

I tought was Saya modded released as well :(

Can you make her playable?

With Xbox 360 textures, ost, will work.

It's the same charather from the green one.

yes it will take you many hours even after you perfectly understood how everything is working ;)

BTW you want this hack so spend the time to do it :)

The problem I have with 0.239 is that builds after 0.228 no longer save the CPU overclock/underclock settings. This is a pain because you really need that for accurate slowdown. So I have to set it every time I launch the game. I'm sticking with older versions lol.

Very stupid question, but where in MAME do I go to set CPU over/underclock? I looked around and found blitter, but I didn't see anything regarding CPU.

It should be the option right under blitter.

Hmm, in machine sliders? I see Screen Brightness under Blitter Delay.

 

EDIT: Found it, looks like Cheats need to be enabled for it to show up. Is the mhz clock adjustment that el_rika is specifying only possible in GroovyMame or something else?

You can only adjust in percentage. You can see what the MHz is at in machine info.

In the System 16 source website it tells was 100 made in a contest, i read before they only had 3 copies up there. We Never know when it will be released.

This is also excluding their very rare medal games that were on the same hardware like Medal Mahjong Moukari Bancho, Omatsuri Yasan: Kingyo Sukui and Omatsuri Yasan: Kingyo Sukui.

Something like that is not very difficult to do with these tools :

most arts and the operator are ok :)

Wow! Can´t wait for your release! it is possible to block the other 2 charathers and make one playable acessed?

The face pictures at the beginning would need too much work for something that not worth it: it's completely useless and even more it's almost nasty... but again if you can do that it would be welcome ;)

I changed it to "Type B" because it's TypeB and nothing more (not Type D at all) : it's a simple visual mod. The gameplay is still the very same.

The texture i ask is not both sides no!

It's the texture is under the Red Japanese Text ingame.

nope I won't sorry. just checked again and there are really too much mixed small different picture parts... it would be just a pain to add.

Thank you! Well it seems that mixed texture is causing problems as you said, but one day someone will find a trick and put it on. 

Next HBMAME will be a big surprise, at least more 2 games will be added thanks to CeL.

@hyperscorpio You can go Xenia with SDOJ 360. It has actually less lag via Xenia than the 4fps lag you have on OG hardware and if you turn off vsync (which I personally always do, always) it gets really good. The only M2 Cave port on 360 is also the only port that gives you the option to turn off vsync to counterattack LCD lag goodness. Only downside and that seems a general problem with this emulator is that sound FX are noticable laggy like 100ms or so. Ingame it's not that much noticable + you have it in "HD".

No i cannot go with Xenia, because i do not have the AVX Crap. My CPU is big pottato.

Oh I see. My 10 years old Sandy Bridge i7 works fine in 2D with Xenia but this was a high end CPU back in the day...

Oh i wish i had a Sandy Bridge, my CPU is a old Intel Core i7 920. The reason i was suffering for this game release, not even a steam port made it. Now they lose the opportunity to gain money on me.

Hi I've never used this forum until this rom hack was posted. But found your request on google. I've uploaded groovymame gameplay, and a windows build, plus instructions on how to patch it yourself. Hate to be that guy but could you build a groovy mame version with the no nag diff? I haven't compiled mame in years and really don't want to set it up...
