Does anyone know how to fix this LED board error?  I tried reconnecting the cables and restarting the game but to no avail.

Thanks in advance!

i'm pretty sure you cant fix this, have you just tried hitting where "next" is on your tasoller or brokenithm?

Found a copy with the bytes patched. A pull request was submitted for https://mon.im/bemanipatcher/chuninewplus.html. If all goes well should be merged in the next day or so. In the meantime here is my local copy if you want to use it instead.

I have some problems with my Tasoller
Originally it could have worked fine in Paradise
In order to play Chunithm NEW at the beginning, I updated [手台設定] firmware V2 and zadig-2.5&2.7,
But LED BAD error appears.
I also can't press Next on the panel to enter the game.
Paradise was still playable until I installed the V1.1 firmware.
Then I tried to reinstall the firmware from the official website 20210202_V1.1,
to switch back to a mode that triggers the keyboard,
And try various permutations and combinations, install the 2.0 firmware (20210416_V2.01) from the official website or the V2 firmware of [手台設定] and execute it.
Or after installing the 2.5 or 2.7 driver, Chunithm NEW cannot be played
Still LED BAD error,
(The panel cannot be used, only FN2 has a response)
But my Paradise has become unplayable, and I can pass the LED Test in Paradise
Occasionally, the LED lights up correctly but cannot be pressed, and the response of pressing [Enter] may be 10 to 30 seconds slower than the screen,
Can someone help me?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

我的Tasoller有些問題
原本它可以在Paradise運作的很好
一開始為了玩Chunithm NEW我更新了[手台設定]固件V2以及zadig-2.5&2.7,
但是出現LED BAD error.
我也無法在面板按下Next進入遊戲.
在我安裝V1.1固件之前都仍然可遊玩Paradise.
Chunithm NEW
依然是LED BAD error,
(面板無法使用,只剩FN2有反應)
但我的Paradise卻變得無法遊玩,在Paradise可以通過LED Test
LED燈偶爾會正確亮起但是不能按下,且按下[Enter]反應可能會比畫面慢10秒~30秒,
有人能幫我嗎?

Unless you patch your game with the patcher I posted above it will always say LED BAD. This is normal and can be continued with the next button with a working input.

For a TASOLLER you should have the CFW from the 手台設定 folder, using the AMD host file if you have an AMD CPU.

You mentioned using zadig; after you updated the firmware and used zadig when you go to Devices and Printers is there a I SAY NYA-O device? If you do have the device, does it have a yellow triangle? If it does then you have to use zadig to reinstall the driver.

With the firmware setup you'll need to move the injects from the provided copy of sega tools, the hooks from the 手台設定 folder, and the DLLs for the TASOLLER IO itself.

Then you'll need to configure the segatools.ini to use the new IO DLLs.

I have provided a copy of the firmware (with zadig), my revision of the patcher, and a partial copy of my bin for just the relevant files.

If you do override the segatools.ini you will need to configure the VFS and DNS keys again.

Fairly new to this so please be a little patient with questions if I have any.

Following the A steps from the tutorial on page 29 with a Tasoller that I believe is on OFW as I have only used it casually and have not tampered with the data connectors. My connection to the aqua servers seems to be fine, the air converter is open, and the controller connected. But when I attempt to open the game, I get an error from amdaemon saying that it could not open properly (0xc000007b) and the injectx_64 window closes immediately. Continuing the process allows what I assume the game window to open saying that it is trying to connect to the database.  However, it crashes when the text " Aime 100"(or Aime 0?) briefly appears on the screen with the following error message.

Logic exception occurred.
File: D:\Jenkins\workspace\amdaemon_all_build\libs\amdaemon\src\Aime.cpp
Line: 85
Function: const class amdaemon::AimeUnit &__thiscall amdaemon::Aime::getUnit(unsigned int) const
Message: `unitIndex` is out of range.
Stack:

Game processes have terminated
Press any key to continue . . .

I have also tried this process by removing the line that kills the amdaemon window in the start.bat file but a similar result happens. Help would be appreciated, I have also attached my segatools.ini file if that would help. (Editing to clarify that I intentionally took out my IPv4 address in the segatools attachment in case there was any confusion) Thank you.

the segatools file looks fine, assuming you did set your dns in there correctly to match what you have in aqua.

did you edit the aime.txt file to include 20 random numbers?

yes I did, assuming the location of the .txt should be in app/bin/DEVICE

That all looks fine, I'd double check the chusan hook and inject files being used. It should have gotten updated from the CFW folder and front page download respectfully.

You can also refer to my last two posts for a copy of the hook and inject files.

I'm playing CHUNITHM on my laptop with a 165Hz display, is there a way to play at 120Fps?

NVIDIA GPU ?
Limit FPS in NVIDIA control panel, or use RivaTuner

No idea how to limit for other GPU's

I turned off the CVT patch to try to play at 120Fps, but the game crashes after the network test The words may be unnatural because I'm using Google Translate

The game should still run at 120fps with the CVT patch. Don't think the 120fps key is needed in segatools.ini even but doesn't hurt to have.

Hi, I'm new with a Tasoller controller here.

I'm using V1.1 firmware as of now and I can type keyboard characters with my Tasoller, and so I can hop onto test mode and pressing service button also on the controller as well. However, the rest of the 32 keys + 6 air levels seem not to be working, only the 2 buttons I mentioned above. I tried editing the segatools as stated in the file for changing keybind but it didn't work as well.

So is there a way to enable chunithm to recognize keyboard input? Or do I have to update my firmware to 2.0, because I'd not rather do it cause it's risky to damage the controller with my limited tech-ability.

Thank everyone in advance.

I have both tried the hook and inject files from your post and the ones on the front page/ CFW folder with no luck, both options are giving exactly the same error as before, with the same chain of events explained in my original post.

Edit: I have also managed to catch that the window that said it was loading the database was also able to read that it was loading graphics data before the Aime 100 crash while trying different hooks and injects. But the events are still the same that the amdaemon executable fails to open.

Game runs fine and so does aqua when configured correctly

But Aime Throws an error about "No Play Data in This Version" and I've seen a post before with the same issue so If anyone knows a fix, please advise.
*Edit:For anyone with the aime "No data" issue -  Changed the game mode in f1, then it started working. I also re-copy pasted all option data I had (though I don't know if it's related and the blank song slots still exists)

Then there's the song issue that quite a few have where the songs are unselectable blank slots which happens even after updating options folder.

But other than those two issues, the game itself runs fine with some of the new songs included.

Will probably play most songs on crystal and use new+ for the newer songs.

Ran out of steam after four straight days of Installing and troubleshooting and calling it quits at this point

Chunithm only the audio works with AUX or integrated speakers (doesn't work with HDMI Audio or Bluetooth Audio)

Hello, I'm new to Chunithm. I have a problem with the sound issue.

I managed to run Chunithm, but there is no audio output. I started start.bat with the administrator and Chunithm is still quiet.

My speaker uses 3.5mm cable with USB as a power. so I think this is an AUX speaker... maybe?

It would be really appreciated if anyone could help me.

Thank you!!!

Chunithm is very particular about it's audio output. If your 3.5mm is plugged into your motherboard directly try using front panel audio instead. With realtek audio chipsets I think it's trying to use some custom implementation for it's output channels.

Been going through option files in an attempt to make all songs work for new+ and I'm getting increasingly confused as I go.

What difference is there between data.conf and data.conf disabled  (looked inside it using note++ and found no difference)

Which one is supposed to make it work?

Should I replace all of 'em to the disabled one or keep the original data.conf?

Or does it not matter at all?

What are you referring to when you say data.conf disabled?

Do you know what songs are missing or unplayable? You could always run chunithm-unlocker.ps1, select option 1 I think? Then that'll just unlock all the songs in-game for you...if you have the issue where there's unselectable songs in-game (like an empty square or something), that just means one of your options files is messed up, most likely still in its encrypted format.

CVTモードじゃなくてSPモードだったはず

It seems that it is because the CVT patch is applied. If you turn it off, the game will crash after uploading the game cabinet information.

I mail to the Gamo2 and they said I need to use UART cable to upgrade the firmware.

So that might be the promlem.

And I bought my TASOLLER also before May 28, 2021.
I'll test it in a few days after I get my cable.

I am trying to run chunithm with no network environment(offline, local server).

I know aqua server is local server and saves data on local. But when I set localhost for aqua and chunithm, the game refuses to connect to DNS server.

Is there any way I can use localhost instead of actual IP address? IIRC there was patch for paradise lost to enable localhost.

Thank you in advance

It's easy.

I just test this 10 min before and no any network environment.

go to cmd and searching :

ipconfig/all
Use your PC name to replace [dns] in segatools.ini and allnet.server.host in application.properties(aqua folder)

And with this you don't need to chech your IP anymore , even if IP changed.

this is my setting

-----------------------------------------------------------

[dns]
; Insert the hostname or IP address of the server you wish to use here.
; Note that 127.0.0.1, localhost etc are specifically rejected.
default=Kirin-PC

------------------------------------------------------------

## Server host & port return to client when boot up.
## By default the same address and port from the client connection is returned.
## Please notice most games won't work with localhost or 127.0.0.1
#allnet.server.host=Kirin-PC
#allnet.server.port=80
------------------------------------------------------------

also I found dont't need to put chunithm in C drive

It happened to me before. The default port setting for aqua server is 80, and one of your process is using that port.

Try to close as much as programs before running aqua or change port settings on aqua.

Make sure to delete comment (#) in aqua properties to apply setting.

I am new to all of this so bear with me.. Decided to give this series a go and started from scratch with the very first game. I am playing the vanilla version without any updates and unlocks

Made a card, progressed to lv.3 and decided to check out Chunithm Plus.

Anyway to carry over my save to this new version? Don't feel like starting from scratch.

I was told to move all the contents from DATA but that didnt work.  Is it even possible??
