I don't think it's so much an issue with the polling rate, but more that the drum sensors are all set to 100% when hitting them, causing a bit of a cooldown period. The arcade drums can actually detect between a hard/soft hit, but this is lost in emulation. You can see this in the I/O Test screen.

 

It makes rolls a little slower but it's barely noticeable. That being said, I hope someone eventually allows this value to be changed.

my monitor is 60hz 32inches and i drag  taiko VSyncOff.exe in the Executable/Release.Rename it to Taiko.exe, open the JConfig and disabled dx window mode ,set dx hertz 60

when i open it but still run so fast

i disalbe nivida VSync too

Got my PS4 Hori tatacon sorta working with this using Joy2Key. It's playable but prone to double hitting. Experimenting with filter keys in Windows to see if that alleviates it any, but for now since the Hori PS4 is all I've got I'm glad it's working in some form.

Set audio to 16 bit, stereo, 44,1 or 48 KHz

Use your onboard audio card analog output, most music games do not like external (usb) soundcards / headphones

Can anyone kindly help with simulation issue? I am currently experiencing difficulties in running the game smoothly, running the game on a laptop with 300hz rate, 16GB RAM.

Everytime i enter despite any exe mode (with or without vsync, with normal or 2k, with sharedaudio or no), it always shows the issue like unsyncronized audio and graphic, song being faster than notes coming on.

 

Everytime when i finish the 'choosing costume' UI and enter song select, after opening a genre folder it will ALWAYS LAG for half a second, and it starts to have desyncronized audio.

 

I tried to run in windows mode but it only displays as 30 fps-ish when i run the game.

 

And also problem of the game when I change back to full-screen mode, the graphic being way too large and can't find anywhere to adjust screen size to normal...

 

I have also tried some method mentioned earlier in the post, such as in Nvidia setting change Max-frame to 120 and Vsync-Off, but none of those solutions worked.

 

This simulation pain is killing my mind so badly, it would help a lot if any of you can give some advice on those.

Neither option worked. it still has audio-unsyncronize issue..

I had to set mine to like 119fps to get rid of the desync issue. It's not 100% perfect, but it does seem better than setting the HZ to 120 in Jconfig.

This seems to be fixed in TeknoParrot now and rolls act like normal.

some tracks and the screen when selecting tracks and at the end of the songs isn’t displayed correctly

I extract the file and open the rpcs3 from the file but no Rom on the list. Am I missing something?

Well, to "install" the game, you have to drop the folder here, dev_hdd0/game

You also need an xml file in SCEEXE000\USRDIR\data\config\S11100-1

It's chassisinfo.xml, I dont share that it has someone's real serial number in it

I have successfully run the latest version (NOV.2020). But how to open the dani dojo and ai enzo mode? I unlocked the icon, but it still entered in normal enzo mode after i chose ai or dani mode.

I dont believe in this version you can. Look into running open taiko and the every song ever project. There is also a nijiro skin that can be used with open taiko for it to look the same. Within opentaiko you can set the sim to auto play if you wanted.
