There is no tutorial and no guide on how to run this, because you can't run this. This game REQUIRES a server to run, even in single player mode. The server is still under development and hasn't been made public yet, as it is not finished.

 

You're just gonna have to wait.

Hey there!! Are there any news about this? I have been trying to run the file attached with latest segatools but no luck at all (maybe because I don't know very well how to use them).

Afaik there was a beta for a server (not active anymore) not sure if or when a public server will return if ever.
What attached file, you edited segatools.ini as needed ?

WelI, I downloaded segatools, added some paths required and detailed on the segatools.ini file but, for some reason, it only shows a blank screen that disappears instantly and the log returns this:
