Try to run the game without patch and see how it goes.

Usa a VPN, to skip the 5 GB limit, you .....

Oh, I think that's the problem. I downloaded it from the guide website, but bm2dx.dll file was outdated(2023 April).

Nevermind it was at the modules folder ..

Just posting info which might be helpful for some people, about performance of RESIDENT on weaker hardware. I use Intel NUC with Intel Core i3/Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655/8GB RAM. I've used it for a year for CastHour, without any issues. I've booted up RESIDENT yesterday and it works 30fps in the menus (there are some dips, mainly in transistions), but the gameplay itself seems to be stable 60fps. This is consistent with info on RemyWiki, which states that menus work in 30fps on older cabinets. Obviously I'm talking about LDJ in 720p.

 

Man, I need to upgrade my HW..

Pretty sure old bemanitools had card insert key hardcoded to + key on numpad (or was it - key?). For wide screen you have to force it from your GPU.

If you're looking for full-screen stretch, you can try this option in the NVIDIA Control panel. 
Image taken from the web, options should look the same on windows 10 and 11.

Yep, that mini version can be installed on top of 2023090500 with existing 20230404 omnimix.

I just open the spice64.exe and it goes into blackscreen for several seconds, after that it flash back to desktop...I even can't get into the screen of I/O checking..
