Resolution questions

Hi,
I have an old HP 2065 (1600x1200) monitor that I use for gaming (mostly old school).
I also have a GeForce 750ti gfx card.

I wanted to ask if there is a way for me to display any of the following resolutions on this monitor for certain games: 1280x720, 1366x768, or 1600x900?

I know these are widescreen resolutions, but I was hoping to find a way to display some newer games in their native resolutions and appear scaled up fullscreen with top and bottom letterboxing on the screen?

Is this possible? If not, what resolutons would you suggest for native widescreen games with this monitor? 
Any information is truly appreciated.
