Does anyone have a DDR A3 Gold BGA?

How would i go about playing DDR A20 on a CRT cab? is there some kind of io i need to buy to hook up the pad to a pc?

Why doesn't your ip end in 8000? The url you should copy must be something towards http://192.168.1.2:8000/core and that same URL you must copy in the ea3-config file

In my case, when connected to the internet, the last number of my IP changes, depending on the people connected before me.

Theres basically 3 things you need to solve for

- Video (Also 573 cabs need 15khz video not vga)

- Input

- Lights (optional, obvs)

 

For video, I am using an old ATI card that works with the "CRT Emudriver" drivers which are modfiied drivers to display at 15khz, and uh, I also have some modified bootrom so it'll be 15khz even at boot (Atom-15)

 

For Input and Lights I am using a minimaid which is.. basically impossible to get a hold of now.

 

For something you can actually obtain, I think you want a j-pac which will do video / input connections, and a "LIT board" for lights.

Can you send me through PM your ea3-config? Mine used to work before and now the game crashes to Desktop everytime I get to the login screen after choosing my language.

Just install it, and good to go. M2V files should require K-Lite (or I forgot the other one 🤔🤔) to work.

you must change the services ip, to that of asphyxia or Monkey depending on which one you use

Looking at your log.txt, it looks more like something on the graphics stack crashed. Did you forcibly enable DirectX 9on12? What GPU do you have? Can you not run DirectX9 games - some newer GPUS will have problems. Maybe try enabling -9on12 in spice?

And I tried enabled -9on12.My new computer bought in November,2022,my old computer can load DDR A,A20,A20PLUS and A3.My old computer's GPU is NVIDIA 930.

Intel Iris XE doesn't support DirectX9 so that is your problem. By the way, you didn't actually enable -9on12 in the first log, so you should try that first. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Basically the problem is the GPU.

 

The second log, I have seen this error, but no known solution. ([2023/04/10 14:00:17] I:stackwalker: ERROR: SymGetModuleInfo64, GetLastError: 1114 (Address: 0FE82FE8)), might be just bad data.

I don’t think there’s an A3 Omnimix but if there really was then probably its in the works. Only A20 Omnimix is available at the moment.

Someone streamed newer data of A3 on Youtube and I know for sure it wasn't a Stepmania setup he had. I asked kindly where he got his data but he was keen on keeping it to himself. I think the user was vertex kio or something of the like.

I'm using the 2022-04-09 version of Spicetools so it should be fine.

It finally worked, but the latest spicetools have a e-amusement pass in MAINTENANCE. Do I have to wait for the next update for it to become available? Or this whole setup only works in offline?

you need MonkeyBusiness or AsphyxiaCORE+Plugin to enable EA and save score.
