2024040200 is the latest version in all downloads, version 2024052200 is not available for download on the site

Actually, a pre-load of WORLD before 2024061203 update.

Greetings!  I am hoping somebody can help me. I am having problems with the Background Textures on Dance Dance Revolution A3:

 

 

From what I have seen, this is what it should look like:

 

 

I did see a post where somebody suggested that I install the K-Lite codec, so I installed it and I am having the same problem. What am I missing? Any assistance will be appreciated!

Check this:

X:\MDX-001-2024052200\contents\data\mdb_apx\movie\background

and see if you have these files

run this command in the X:\MDX-2024052200\ directory to fix it: for %i in (com/*.dll) do regsvr32 %i

if you're using gold theme you also need these files: https://pixeldrain.com/l/ugq51WLZ

put these files in X:\MDX-001-2024052200\contents\data\mdb_apx\movie\background

 

replace X:\ with your drive letter (C, D, etc.)

I have verified that all of the video files are present and readable so this means that the K-Lite files are installed correctly 

In regards to the commands, where am I typing them? Windows Terminal or Command Prompt?

It's because you are using a build that no one is running. Most people are running 2024061300, not 2024052200. Scroll slightly up for 2024061300.

 

Like Don said, https://getze56901.github.io/patcher/ddra3.html will work if you are OK with web patcher. Otherwise, recommend getting 2024061300 and using sp2x patcher.

The only missing piece as of this year was 2024112700, which Konami closed all VPN servers after update as of 2 procrastinating weeks ago.

 

Maybe when it comes to 2025 update in the future, hopefully they'll bundle the missing files from 2024112700 in no time.
