That has deadstorm pirate with RPC3 configured - look for razing storm.

Dead Storm Pirates works 100% 2020 December RPCS3 0.0.13-1441alpha

Just make sure you have write color block to on in the gpu plugin settings. Fixes cant kill no enemies!

If its an ISO then you extract those in the: Your drive letter:\PS3 EMU\dev_hdd0\disc folder then it will show up in your list of games in RCPS3

/Game named folder 'PS3 game whatever game' (Below is an example of extracted iso of the game)

PS3_GAME

PS3_UPDATE

PS3_DISC_SFB

 

If its a Pkg then you will need the Rap file.

Install pkg/rap files from RCPS3 emulator under file menu bar at the top of emulator window.
