nice find. that's it. it's definitely related to automation paradise. the other one is ID 1438; another similar thing. automation paradise mode i believe is a VW exclusive mode, so, unused in EG.

 

1988 is the accurate total song count then.

I just discovered that ID 1490 and 1491 are also automation paradise but are displayed in the game.

my theory is that the first 2 songs are hardcoded in the dll to not appear, and these two (1490, 1491) are server-side? [assuming they're never supposed to be playable]

i'll leave them enabled, or at least put a toggle(?) if that's the case.

@ElrasielHere is my music_db.xml

The omnimix is part of this xml, which makes it a pain in the b* when a new update is released because I have to manually edit this file. Advantage is that the songs are visible in the song list in the ovv22 sdvx plug-in.

Also the 'missing' RB files from 2023102400 are in this xml.

Obviously to make it work you need all the music files

 

Still 'missing' two older songs which are in the xml and music folder.  The number of songs in the sdvx song list is for me 2021. SDVX 'only' shows 2019 tracks available...ah well..

 

 

Thanks! This is the amount of tracks I currently have in-game now with this xml plus the latest leak. It’s fun playing next weeks tracks that haven’t even been announced yet. 

I also have access to what I’m assuming are the newest Navi with Cocona and Ortlinde? Couldn’t find anything about them yet.

dang, i am currently at 2019 tracks. how did you get the new leaked tracks to show up? that xml at least added the other 6 songs from this year. nothing after double or nothing tho...

Download latest 20240206, move all files except music_db.xml.

Now merge (with something like beyond compare) the new songs from the 20240206  music_db.xml into the music_db.xml in the /others folder. 

That will give you 2028 tracks..

Could anyone provide an updated submonitor bg folder for download? I had a scuffed download that had hundreds of new backgrounds. I did a fresh install using the guide but I have very few backgrounds in this folder now

edit: nevermind, seems like there is a folder in both asset (smaller size) and graphics

fps is struggling to stay at 120 with the latest update which is causing latency issues. force refresh rate is 120 in spicecfg and sdvx.dll has been patched to be 120fps but still the audio is very off sync suddenly when playing. I've already followed the guide to optimize performance

I have done the update for the latest version (2024020600) but i don't know for why the "premium time accès" can't work with "coin"...

 

And i don't have all the music visible !

Maybe my "music_db.xml" are not complete.

Someone can upload her files ?

Until the official arcade DLL is leaked, can I swap the existing EXG Rasis with Nekomata Okayu? Someone somewhere swapped Shirakami Fubuki with Rasis, but I don't remember well.

Are there any new tracks in this leak?

share the problems and solutions I have encountered recently :

 

my base game data is 2023121900, download from https://pixeldrain.com/l/sPtUoeuz (573agent post)

 

1. run spice64.exe will report issue "not found libavs-win64.dll"

solution: copy and paste all dll file from contents\modules folder to contents

it works even without libavs-win64.dll

 

2. when i  try to patch 24022000, 3 issue occurred

()

i.  lost few song (before update have 2000+,updated only 18xx)

ii. 2076,2077,2078 these 3 songs chart crash, it's terrible to play

iii. 20240206 soundvoltex.dll report issue "entry point not found : cuStreamDestroy_v2"

 

solution

i. manual add new song to\data\others\music_db.xml, here is my music_db.xml music_db.zip

ii. repatch this 23121900, https://pixeldrain.com/u/HbHzjoFP (from MXDrako)

iii. use 20240116 soundvoltex.dll , it still work https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1007C5VGtQ9fF5bDSEXebKY7b9EM24fbA (from Bentoowo)

 

now my game ver is 2024013001, but it can play 2031 songs (include 240222)

Very strange. You perhaps missed an update, did not copy the right soundvoltex.dll or something else?

 

There should be no dll's in your content folder but only in the modules folder.

The fact that you seem to mix the soundvoltex.dll's from different versions also seems strange.

 

Did you use https://p.eagate.turksigara.net/sdvx6.html to patch the latest dll (the 2024020600 version)?

 

You seem to have three songs more then I have though.... (2031 versus 2028). I will compare you music_db with mine.

edit: it looks as if you also merged QCV-2024022000.zip into your setup. I wonder if that is supported??? It is a dump from konasute which as far as I understand is the home version of Exceeded Gear?

 

my 'root' looks like this (and the 2 dll's that are still there can even be removed because I don't use mods)

only copy soundvoltex.dll to my root folder, then it work

i use vscode to open music_db

find new music id from patches, copy and paste to 2023121900 music_db

1. Update Spice2X with latest beta version

2. grab all dlls and move it to modules folder

3. replace files then start spice64.exe

 

Also REMOVE THE nvcuda_nv.dll and nvcuvid_dll those are conflicting with the dlls u have replaced

Hi guys! First time trying this out~ I Followed the "Setting up Sound Voltex" topic by 573agent to a tee... Except the part where it says to put 44100 Hz 16-bit as I do not have that option in my device.

Sadly having a problem saying it gets a Fatal error and then just closes. Using a laptop using intel CPU and Nvidia GPU + external monitor @portrait setup and latest drivers.

Tried Shared Mode WASAPI and without. Using latest stable Spice 2x, and 22vvo/ovv22's latest fork-6.0.2.8c-kfc
I've attached my log.txt and help would be appreciated!

This is a common problem on laptops.

 

You can try FlexASIO and look up how to enable resampling in it.

 

Unfortunately any kind of resampling introduces huge audio latency and may result in poor experience.

But the emulator still does a fatal error and just closes. So now I'm really unsure what's wrong.

I've attached my new logs.

I patched:
1. Game FPS Target: 120
2. Note Target: 120
3. Force Note FPS Target (since note said to do so if above isn't default [60])
4. Hide all bottom text (turned this on assuming it's like the stuff that appears when using EAC)
5. Timer Freeze (was default iirc)
6. Premium Time Length: 10 Minutes (was also default iirc)
7. Fake Japan Region (Also set <dest __type="str"> to A in ea3-config.xml for English text while still having the JP stuff, at least that's how I understood it from the guide)
