Hello Everyone,

 

Does anyone have any cheats?  I would love to mess with Atomiswave and Dreamcast via the Flycast core on RetroArch.  I have found 0.

Look at game FAQ's, or go to my link right above your post, there are lots of cheats for Naomi, atomiswave also retroarch has cheats for Dreamcast, almost every game for atomiswave/Naomi have one or more

Stinks there isn't anything for Dolphin Blue.  Unless I'm just blind. I didn't see any cheats.

you can use ARTMONEY it's like cheat engine so download it and here is link to .amt files for it there is a few for dolphin blue

I remember that tool!  Long time ago.   I use Retroarch on Android though.  Thanks though.

For those interested if you use the atomiswave conversions in flycast than you can have dual inputs and no need to change anything for force five, also force five will work in retroarch since change isn't needed,

There is some disadvantages aswell

No test menu, also no nvrem, which means no extras, like characters and such, these use Dreamcast and not Naomi, but are Naomi games

I didn't know about Flycast v2.0 and Arcade NAOMI 2...

 

but I discovered with surprise that you could play all the Initial D games from 1 to 3 with the creation of your card and the backup which is functional. In addition, the game can also be played on the network... I just woke up but it's really great what they did. You can therefore unlock all the content of these arcade games now.

These games are in addition in export version therefore in English and with only an OFFLINE system

I discovered Wild Riders on Naomi2, a very funny game (short and linear sadly, but fun).

I knew that Flyinghead was doing good things with this emulator but even I am surprised how far it has come since the last time I looked at it, in any great detail. Naomi 2 emulation is so much improved it is probably better than the real thing when you take upscaling into account and it is not even particularly resource intensive for those who don't have the latest and greatest hardware.

Yes I replaced Demul with Flycast for everything except Star Wars Pod Racer. Demul audio never worked for me, no matter what I did. It randomly had weird robotic sounds. Super happy with Flycast and highly recommended. They also added support for the two recently leaked roms Kenju and Force Five.

Hi, what settings do you have for network? Can't get past the "press start to start game now.. waiting for other players".

Enable both Broadband & Naomi networking in advance menu and wait till network is established

Here's the input's list :

1 Left turn signal ; 2 Right turn signal ; 3 Shift gear 2 ; 4 Shift gear 3  ; 5 O/D switch  ; 6 S-brake  ; 7 engine start  ; 8 Shift gear 0  ;  Up: horn  ; Down: Light0 ; Left: Light1  ; Right: Light 2

 

Some inputs are always on: Belt and Engine-on and there's more on P2: Up: washer ; Right: Hazard signal ;  Start: wiper low
