The game starts from level 2. The framefile is perfect, the singe do not know them. The video files are all there.

No, that patch is for hypseus, i use this kind of patch for a lot of old singe games that with hypseus become more cool. Kangaroo is obsolete, The new way is hypseus

It states there on the page you linked: "Singe 2: Future Boy Conan - This requires the Singe 2 extended version of video source"

You just have to convert the video format from the Singe 2 version - I am using it and it works
