The left stick works fine for steering.

I am using files from the plugins.7z  given by sky2310 (tuto). 

I don't know for the version.

i bought manual transmission ingame but . the game keep running my car with AT .......  

 

is that a bug? 

 

I test my DFGT at the moment. 

 

it's not so bad. Just missing FFB and i must found how to play in MT now....

 

EDIT: OK for single stick when using my joypad 

 

MT works if I create a new car and select MT as default transmission.

I got a logitech momo steering wheel today works fine

How can I add or assign buttons to a dinput steering wheel using segatools.ini ?

I would like to add left and right to the steering wheel buttons to use in the menu of ID zero

Normally that is done with D pad but I do not have it on my steering wheel

For those with error 0919 who do not want to disable their DVD drive just for this, here is the fix: patch amdaemon.exe, offset 0x225534, replace 0x74 by 0xEB. You can now play the game with a DVD drive enabled.

@Onkel  It's just impossible...

I have the same trouble, and it hasn't been fixed yet.

Maybe in next segatools release, but they don't seem to work on it anymore.

Hi there! I also am having some issues getting the game running, I have re checked through the steps and everything seems alright.

After launching the start.bat for the game it has this: 

 

Error 6401 JVS I/O board is not connected to main board

Steps I have checked to remedy this is:

 

- minime showing startup ok

- ran minime and inject as admin then start.bat file normally

-windows keeps reverting back to read only file (heard this is normal anyway and you have to do it only once)

-checked my ipv4 address was entered correctly in segatools.ini 

 

At a complete lost at what other troubleshooting there is to do, pls help if u can!

I read some post and i was having the error 800 and keep saying "Cannot get accounting info" under the command prompt.

 

Finally i found out , kaspersky was ON. So i pause it and run both start.bat again. it pop up windows defender firewall has blocked the app.so allow access then all works.,

Now, i try to use manual, which is gear up and down , which is + & - , it doesnt work. anyone have idea on driving force GT?

 

i tried leave the gear 1 to 6 as empty and it still doesn't work on the  gear up and down:

Hi there, thank you for all your effort to get this up and helping everyone here. I've been trying to get my game working to no avail. Running Windows 10 Home 1909, looking to use Dualshock 4 (do they work?) I do have XB360 controllers, no adapter though.

can anyone help me on how to config insert coin. All efforts to define a key in the segatools failed. i am using a xbox360 controller. So now that it is in TP i thought to config the pad there, but i didint get it to work in TP. Which game exe is the correct one in TP? Many thx in advance.

Hi guys, I finally run the game. But I can not add some coin with aime card. I am using an Xbox one controller. The countdown continues after pressing the start button. I tried all the keys. Anybody have an idea?

Apres presque 3 nuits blanches j ai enfin trouvé d ou venais le soucis , c etait bêtement l antivirus qui coincais la fenetre popup du programme et comme il ne me notifiais pas , j ai pas pensé a ca

Hi Petje,

i checked Teknoparrot  and i see there is " Initial D: Arcade Stage Zero" under add game. I added and copy the Package folder and rename as idz . copied the icon under the folder you mention. however, it doesnt work that way. can you guide us how to do it? Thank you so much

Minime is not running, or your settings in segatools.ini are incorrect

Check

 

Your PC IP address, example 192.168.1.2
[dns]
default=

 

 

As example according to above ip address use 192.168.1.0

[keychip]
subnet=

 

Set you PC / network to use static IP addresses, not DHCP maybe that helps

are you using the keyboard for coin insert?  press number "3" above the letter "e"

Yes, I tried, but it doesn't work. After pressing the start button, I press the start button again on the screen for reading the aime card. The countdown starts but the "3" key doesn't add coin.

So noobish of me but I get stuck after installing node.js  I cant install the additional components line python and chocolatey.  I managed to install python manually but chocolately will just keep giving me errors. Any help.

I solved the problem. I replaced the segatools-v004 files (not segatools.ini) and work like a charm.
