The number of CPU cores should be 4. Otherwise it won't work. So we need to replace the processor.

I got two of them and the game doesn’t run on neither one I’m gonna get a new graphics card because the Gtx 750 ti isn’t running it but I was told it should so I’m at a lost with this I’m waiting for someone with my or similar specs to get it running

As far as I know no vs play maybe only in network

i read few posts regarding BANAPASSPORT CARD sentence in start up

start TekkenGame-Win64-Shipping.exe with administrator and you will solve that issue, because that trick has worked for me

for me, the game had refused initiation after showing start wallpaper. and when i launched it with administrator rights, it resolved the problem.   Though game runs pretty slow on my low end CPU (core i7, 4gb ram, no graphic card) , it does not show black screen. so you can consider my low end CPU configuration as a benchmark to just start the game. 

but let others answer your problem

let me try to write my steps from beginning

 

-extract   Tekken7 FT Arcade Repack (thanks to uploader) on desktop

-download and install msvcr110.zip file from internet (32 bit or 64 bit version according to yours' windows version) into C:\Users\YOUR PC NAME\Desktop\Tekken 7 FT Arcade Repack\Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Arcade

-install jconfig to C:\Users\YOUR PC NAME\Desktop\Tekken 7 FT Arcade Repack\Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Arcade\TekkenGame

-start TekkenGame-Win64-Shipping.exe as an administrator

 

i do not know if this will be helpful but we should always do trial and error

When launching Tekken 7 Vanilla, the splash screen shows and tries to load... then stops saying "Unreal Engine has stopped working"... This using TP.

 

Any ideas?
