So I got the game to launch and butterfly to work, but when I go to start up a lot of the songs it never loads up the stage. The emulation isn't frozen, because you can still load in coins. I'm if I missed something or didn't setup up right.

Anyone knows how to fix a bug , when you map insert as service , the arrows suffer a bug , and they appear as "imprt screen" , I am using a USB keyboard thanks.

I have a20 set up with bemanitools and the butterfly server, but I can't scan in after around 3 games and I have to restart the actual game to scan again. I also removed the announcer but can't find the source file of the crowd noises and I would like to remove those as well

Did you ever get a fix for this?  It seems to happen usually at the start of the song.

Thanks for that, didn't realize thats what that option meant.

 

Anyone have issues with making the sound go through HDMI (TV) rather then the computer speakers?

 

Edit: Also some songs seem to freeze and do nothing

Absolutely fantastic work here for the community; serious kudos. I was able to get vanilla DDR A working, but am having difficulty with this A20 build. What exactly am I looking to put into my spiceworks batch file to get this working? Additionally, has a definitive fix been established for the songs with videos freezing/misbehaving?

Just install it.

You need to register the dll files inside your com folder with cmd using command regsvr32

They're referring to the com folder inside of the DDR A20 dump. There are .dll files in there that need to be registered.

Been having some difficulty getting everything running with Butterfly. Despite getting the server working and everything looking correct, when I hold "+" I get the "network is busy" error and cannot progress. Looking at the spice logs, I see the attached error. Is something going on with "cardmng"?

Try restarting your butterfly.

So in the videos polivosm posted last year show the correct background video for A20, however this file is not present in the dump shared. Is there a newer dump floating around?
