k573dio driver zip file NOT FOUND even though i put it in the roms folder

I put the k573dio driver zip file, and when i try to audit a game that uses this, the file has NOT FOUND even though I put that file in the roms folder. I am using MAMEUI32. Any reasons why?

you might be using an old outdated mame rom bios pack collection of them also most of the romsets need to merge into one bios package try this one : http://www.planetemu.net/roms/mame-bios-pack
