Noob Question

Hi there,

 

I searched the Net for day's now and can't find an answer that makes sense or helps...

 

I want to play Ultra SF4 offline and just cant figure out how, when it boots, it always searches for some IP, it boots fine when connected to the Internet but i wanna make it boot offline. Had to dl a special Jconfig for it to work.

Can pls somebody tell me what i'm Overseeing/not knowing to make it happen?

Hi :-) It's Version 1.05 Dualmode, that's whats written there when the Game is booting.
