had a few dramas on pc lately. , but now im getting an error  'supermodel .exe has stopped working'     what the fuk?  why how? who?

Comment j'ai galéré pour pour jouer à la souris sur LA machinegun. (r783)

J'ai changé plusieurs fois le fichier Supermodel.ini avec différentes configs, mais rien n'y faisait. J'avais bien les boutons de la souris ou de la manettes mais le curseur restait fixe.

Je suis allé dans le test menu ( avec la touche "6") puis 'AIM', j'ai bougé la souris, les chiffres de position modifiaient en fonction. j'ai quitté et lancait le jeu....Miracle!!!

 

Enfin, j'ai remis le fichier Supermodel.ini d'origine.

 

Si ça peut aider quelqu'un....

Change language "lostwsga" - Go into the test mode and push start, start, service, start, service, test.

I have same issue, before with my VG248QE....and now with my LC27FG73.

My solution -> using the free version of Bandicam and limit fps at 60.

Anyway i have some games/emu running too fast, Bandicam can solve that.

Existe t-il un tutorial complet pour utiliser des versions SVN de Supermodel 3 (ainsi qu'un frontend adapté) ? Il existe peut-être des packs paramétrés déjà prêts ?

 

J'arrive parfaitement à faire tourner la version de base 0.2a avec un frontend mais je n'y arrive pas du tout avec les versions SVN. Et quand je vois les améliorations conséquentes des dernières versions, jouer avec la version de base paraît bien obsolète. SEGA Rally 2, par exemple, semble tourner parfaitement.

I've actually done a few races with a friend. The emulators run in slow motion when networking, due to the fact that for some reason when networked Supermodel crashes in multicore mode, meaning you can only use one CPU core, so I've sped the videos up afterwards to give the approximation of full speed . This is 2 emulators on one PC.

Je n arrive plus a avoir un vrais fullscreen, voici un exemple de ce que j ai en ce moment :

 

Ma ligne de commande pour lancer scude racer est celle-ci :

 

supermodel scud.zip -fullscreen -vsync -input-system=xinput

 

Pour info, je suis sur windows 10 sp 1909 

Ma conf est un I79700K + RTX2070 super

 

Avez vous une idée ?

Est ce le fait que ce soit 4/3 qui t'ennuie ? Ca me semble un peu normal qu'un jeu qui a été programmé pour tourner dans ces proportions de s'afficher ainsi ..

 

L'emulation ne se limite pas qu'au jeu, ça emule aussi le matériel d'époque.

Résolution : 496 x 384

 

Avec cette résolution forcer en 16/9 n'est pas du vrai fullscreen étant donné que l'image sera disproportionné. (Sauf si hack ou option de l'émulateur)

 

Tu as la commande -wide-screen ( -widescreen .. suis plus certain) pour le 16/9.

Inside your supermodel folder go to config folder find the Supermodel.ini and add Fullscreen=1 under Global see screenshot

Dont forget to save changes

Did you set any screen resolution in the supermodel.ini file? if not, set it at the command prompt

WideScreen and Stretch they cannot be active at the same time.. Set Stretch = 0

 

You can also make settings for individual games by adding to the end of the file, for example:

 

[ scudplus, scuda, scud, scudj, scudplusa ]

 

WideScreen = 1
PowerPCFrequency = 70

SoundVolume = 80
MusicVolume = 180

It is because the expected files are defined in the /Config/Games.xml and some changes have been made during the evolution of supermodel. For example, it has been rather recently discovered that force feedback can be supported in Lemans24 by using some files coming from other roms.This option is explained in Games.xml. Depending on whether or not you want to use this trick, you can comment/uncomment some lines of Games.xml. I suggest you to follow Tomeks'advice, it will fix  your roms.

My apologies for this late return, I finally managed to have the Games in Fullscreen

My problem is that when I set the game to a high resolution, it put it directly in window mode. Is it due to my graphics card? .... I don't know

Here is my command line that chews for me to launch the Games in fullscreen:

Ex for scud Race:
supermodel scud.zip -res = 1280,1024 -widescreen -vsync -input-system = xinput

yes i know, thats why i got the save game for english version    WHILE IN-GAME PRESS F7 TO LOAD THE GAME FROM THERE.    SUPERMODEL USES GAMES SAVES, SO F5 FOR 'SAVE'  and load GAME IS F7
