I understand what you mean, I already thought about it, but I think a nice window for the controls (just by touching a joystick key) has priority first. Thank you

Nice new UI, thanks! :)

 

r775 broke some games for me though, that used to work on r761. I only get a black screen for Dirt Devils, Magical Truck Adventure and Sega Bass Fishing (all work fine in r761).

Does anyone have an idea why this could happen?

 

Also I still got sound problems (crackling) in Daytona 2, no matter which version I use. :(

Thanks! Actually replacing the games.xml didn't seem to make a difference.

But I can use r775 now. Actually it didn't work with the r775 version I downloaded from the Supermodel 3 forum, now I downloaded the version from the first page of this topic, only replaced the exe file... and all games work! :)

Looking forward to new versions of the GUI.

yop,

en fait, c'est plus de la grosse vibration que du ffb

si tu as mis la rom de scud dans dirtdvls, c'est tout bon, c'est tout ce qu'il y a Ă  faire si mes souvenirs sont bon

après perso, c'est injouable tellement les vibrations sont fortes, et je rajoute dans supermodel ini la ligne suivante

[dirtdvls]
DirectInputVibrateMax = 10

valeur Ă  changer suivant le ressenti

from new3d.cpp
It's only a simple blit between render targets but I think this is what is killing performance on ATI. You can run it like this but it won't be as accurate with regards to overlapping transparency layers.
Exactly how the frame buffers work on the model3 is still a bit of a mystery, but the current render path is almost 100% accurate.

m .. I imagine that the PowerPCFrequency has different values in their versions. the supermodel is pure processor and obviously the graphics card then only draws.

I remember to optimize my system so that "no" programs starts with the system.
all this was for the supermodel and other emulators to run at full speed, had a slower PC back then

Hey Guys,

 

I thought I was complete but the UI says I have only 39 available games and not all are working anymore like Ambulance.  Does anyone know where to get an updated rom set?  I am just finding old ones and roms are missing.

en dinput pour un xbox360

JOY1_ZAXIS_NEG (accel)

JOY1_ZAXIS_POS (frein)

 

la syntaxe est la suivante

JOYn : n= numero du joystick

xAXIS : x= désignation de l'axe (X, Y, Z, RZ ou autre) 

POS, NEG, ou rien : POS=utilisation de la partie positive de l'axe, NEG=idem, mais partie négative, et si rien= full axe range

après tu as la même chose pour les boutons : JOY1_BUTTON5 (correspondant au bouton 5 du joystick numero 1 dans cet exemple)

 

l'option -ppc-frequency=xxx

permets à certain jeux de mieux fonctionner et c'est même recommandé/obligatoire pour certain sous peine de crash ou bug graphique ou slowdown

oceanhaunter, sega rally 2 deluxe, un des 2 daytona, je ne sais plus lequel (mettre ppc=100)

 

n'oubliez pas que vous avez le site web de l'emu, le readme, et l'option -h (tout y est indiqué clairement)

 

Tout d'abord un grand merci et toute mes excuse pour ma reponse tardive. J'y suis presque j'ai 2 truc que je n'arrive pas a avoir:

- impossible d'atteindre la ligne region avec Daytaona usa 2 power edition

- en full screen l'ecran est zoomé impossible d'avoir le bon ratio (mes paramètres: fullscreen, 1920x1080 et widescreen), j'ai une parti de l'image qui deborde l'ecran

Enfin comment parametré le full steering?

sur model 3, les régions se changent en entrant un code avec les boutons

pour les daytona2

DAYTONA USA 2: BATTLE ON THE EDGE and POWER EDITION (Model 3 Step 2)
 Method 1
 Go into the test mode and push the service and test button on the PCB at the same time.
 Method 2
 Go into the test mode and push Hold Start and Press GREEN, GREEN, BLUE, YELLOW, RED, YELLOW, BLUE.
 (Colours are the VR buttons).

le système model 3 est normalement en 4/3, les devs ont implémentés le mode 16/9 suite à une demande des utilisateurs, mais je ne suis pas certain que cela fonctionne correctement (image étiré ou tronquée). Perso je n'ai jamais utilisé cette fonction. D'autres peuvent peut être t'aider à ce sujet là

I recorded this a few weeks ago, from what I remember with the -flip-stereo option..

mine isnt the flip stereo option, this is an older version that the sound works, it doesnt sound that bad , i wish i knew which version it was tho.

I love this Game ... sure i play alot SR 3 but ... this is also a great and worth to play game.
I have on serious question which nobody has been answered right now ... neither on the 

Supermodel Forum.

Is there any Version out which do have the Engine and Wheel squeaking sound ?
I searched the whole web but i only found versions which do have music :(

hello,

try this

supermodel -h

to have help information

then look at audio section to see all commands you can use

in your case, I recommand you to use -balance

ie :

supermodel srally2.zip -balance=50

change the value as you like

i tried these things ...

 

- tried so set volume on UI on -50 and all other possible values

- tried different UI

- tried to set it on CMD like you recommended but than it says could not open srally2.zip

 

all other games i play on Supermodel Emu are working perfect.

I don't use the great UI from Nuexzz, sorry, can't help with that

 

is your rom in the same directory as the supermodel.exe file ? if the answer is no, simply change your path in the command line

ie : supermodel.exe [path/name of your rom.zip] [-option]

is your srally2 rom works with the UI you use?

is your srally2 rom is up to date

 

you can also edit your supermodel.ini file (in config dir) by adding these lines (at the end for example)

 

[srally2]
Balance=50

Any updates or improvements on networking/LAN support? I know last time, it worked on some games but the FPS dropped dramatically.  Thanks

'lut,

error says rom file is not found

your path contains space characters, may be you can try to use quote "" in your command line arguments

or maybe your path is simply too long

I suggest you move your rom at the same directory level as supermodel.exe for easier use

Hi, I'm using supermodel and wiimote with dolphin bar to play rail shooter like The lost world. 

Now I d like to play Star wars trilogy but the wiimote doesn t work.

In the game.xml my settings are input gun1, and in the supermodel ini I configured analogGun and and the rawinput that I use for the lost world.

Can anyone help me ? Thanks!

hello,

you mean you've edited manually games.xml file and supermodel.ini file ? not recommended unless you know what you're doing

normally, wiimote driver is a mouse driver and it should recognized like that in supermodel

so with stock config, it should work

swtrilgy is a one player game (analog joystick controller in real cab), no need to set rawinput for this game (no multi mouse)
