BeardPapa Posté(e) le 15 septembre 2018 Posté(e) le 15 septembre 2018 Hello Friends,  Does anyone know a plugin / filter for vlc or media player that adds a scanline effect for video playback? I want to watch some old 80s shows and they don't look right on my monitor without it. OR is there a media player app for pc that has that functionality already? Thanks!
