In the "normal" version of Mad Dog and in the DVD version there are two "errors" (I haven't completed the game yet).
SALOON
On the roof of the Saloon is a person with a rifle. When the player is away this person shoots and he doesn't hit. Then I look closer, the person shoots and

the player dies.
I remember from the arcade that I hit the person on the roof even from a distance, and the person fell. With Singe if I hit from a distance, he doesn't shoot, then the view is close and I have to shoot again to hit him.

DUEL IN FRONT OF THE BARN
The duel with a fat person, I hit this person, he falls and gets up to shoot again. In both versions of the game he falls again as if hit a second time.

Normal version, I can also not shoot, he falls and I won. DVD: If I don't shoot I die, but the scene is identical, he falls.

> I have restored the colors and defects of the video and convert to 60fps progressive.

Progressive 60fps is just consumerism, silly consumerism, a bogus novelty.
The Daphne emulator is not perfect, and we, who play the game, see differences of fractions of seconds. For the most correct emulation possible, the video must be as similar as possible to the original.
In the videos you see the lines, this is not due to interlacing but to a bad conversion. All old videos are interlaced. DVDs are also interlaced, but the video of dvd is good.

Your Mad Dog DVDs are chaotic. Your batch file:
-framefile ..\..\Laserdiscs\Mad_Dog_DVD\frame_maddog_dvd.txt

Mine, after the changes:
-framefile singe/Mad_Dog_DVD\frame_maddog_dvd.txt

Better without "..\" for a generic installation that works on all PCs.

(but i prefer -framefile singe/maddog/maddog.txt )

Interlacing doesn't make sense today with progressive LCD and LED monitors.

are you able to upload a picture to show what it looks like?

I did not say that the videos must be interlaced, but that I have seen videos for Lasergame with the typical noise (lines) from conversine (from interlaced video) done poorly. I saw it in Cliffhanger. Mad Dod DVD doesn't have this problem but mine was one more example of one thing you shouldn't do, like 60fps.

60fps is a very good option, but if you don't like it, I'm sorry. I'm always going to remaster my works like this

The cinema is 24 fps, the TV of USA is 30 fps, the TV of Europa is 25 fps. 60fps is crazy! Respect from tv Usa is double byte/s (simply because mp4 is compressed).

You're wrong. These videos were recorded at 30fps interpolated for viewing on a 60Hz CRT television.
This doubles the 30fps since the two fields of the image have to be alternated.
Converting an interlaced video to 60fps is the best option to preserve motion and resolution
