Well, reinstall K-Lite Codec Pack resolve this problem but Sega Rally 3 and Operation Ghost dont work anymore, so, I reinstall Lav Filters and SR3 with Opration Ghost works again but Crazy Taxy 3 not again...so, is one o others....

Install Klite first, after that Install Lav only the video option uncheck the others. In the Codec Tweak Tool, go to the Preferred decoders option, Find the option WMV1 WMV2 WMV3. The options WMV1 and 2 you choose as MICROSOFT, only the option wmv3 choose as Lav video. So the 3 games will work.

punkdark2000 I dont have words to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!, you are God!, I have the 3 games working finally!! :D
I think the difference was to install only Lav video because before I had selected WMV1 and 2 in Microsoft and only the WMV 3 with Lav video and so and everything still did not work, thank you very much for your time and the immense help, I check millions of combinations and I had no luck, thank you very much!

I am happy that you managed to make the games work, I had the same problem and did a lot of tests until reaching this solution

Apologies for bumping an old thread, but I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how to get this to launch on Windows 10. I've got the previously posted 'Arcade Mod' here, and it starts up fine, but always hangs on the loading screen prior to beginning a stage, with no "disc is dirty or damaged" error message. I've read around that this is due to an incompatibility with Windows 10, but it sounds like folks here have been able to get it to work and I've had no luck with various compatibility mods and administrator settings.

 

Any idea if I'm just doing something wrong?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the solution PunkDark and Tango3D are discussing for the "There´s a problem with the disc you´re using. It may be dirty or damaged" error message? In my case there's no error message, it just continues to stay on the loading screen flashing "now loading" indefinitely.

 

Edit: Never mind, did a few more re-installs of the K-Lite Codec Pack and LAV Filters as described above, and despite not working before and being a slightly different issue, it seems to work now.  Thanks again for all the help.

After doing this everything Works But I cant play any of my mp4 videos now. any way to fix that?
