I downloaded the 0.05 can't remember which build. Also i downloaded the bios 4.2 and already put in the RPCS3. Yes i have the PKG game and PKG crack already. I installed them but game does not run.

One thing i want to overclock my PC (using MSI Afterburner) when playing rpcs3, but RPCS3 crashes when i use MSI Afterburner after overclock settings.

Is there anyway to use some other method to overclock my GPU because MSI Afterburner conflicts with RPCS3?

I got hold of 2 AfterBurner Climax files, one is the game and other is the crack. I have installed them via pkg in the settings. Have i missed anything out?

 

i just tried it works fine here ... but after the game is over u r stuck with  a saving notification but it doesn't freeze or crash u just can't do anything but i guess its minor problem ..u could always restart the game

and the best way to intsall psn games is through psnstuff u can easily download the game and any rap files u need for it

psnstuff just generates a rap file not the game download. i tried downloading Afterburner from there it just downloaded the rap file but no the game.

 i downloaded the game too using psnstuff ... download package than save rap file ... i downloaded most of my psn games using it.

so i been playing Soul Calibur IV on the latest builds this week and it seems that its very stable with close to 60fps most of the time ..  the sound is a bit off but everything else seems to work fine

Tried this today guys but quite a few textures are not rendering (like missing floor surface detail and sometimes the turtles is flashing in yellow. Any clues as what setting to use?

How to get the "Full version of the game to get to work" my download came with a "exe data" folder and a notepad file stating the following instructions:

(1) Install Game (I installed the pkg)

(2) Open multiman/file manager (did not understand this step so skipped it)

(3) Copy exdata folder to /dev_hdd0/home/0000000xx/ (I simply copied the exdata folder into that location)

 

But the steps did not unlock the "Full Game".

 

Any clues as to what to do?

mulitman is for a real ps3 ... so yea u don't need that and good that u skipped it .

as for the exdata ... if u got a  ".rap" file" in the folder ... just copy that file inside the folder dev_hdd0/home/00000001/exdata/

and that should make it work ...

No sadly i don't have a rap file for Turtles in Time Re-Shelled. Can you kindly share it with me. Also i heard the game bugs at "Level 6" I believe. Is there a fix for that?

 

Edit: Got the .rap file. Thanks. Just need to see if the game glitches on Level 6.

Anybody tried Tekken Tag 2? The game says i have a corrupt game files and after i press X button (A on Xbox controller) it goes to a black screen and nothing happens. I am using the US Release of TTT2.

excellent that u found it .. and this is the same method u should for other psn games i recommend using psnstuff to download psn games and rap files... and  i didn't play that much in the game so i don't know it bugs out at level 6

tekken TG2 and tekken 6 stopped working in the latest rpc3 builds  there is a regression and its not fixed yet... use build 7254   https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3-binaries-win/releases/download/build-23f5cee653029915362f624bf473772fedf687c3/rpcs3-v0.0.5-7254-23f5cee6_win64.7z

and don't forget to uses strict rendering and write color buffers for tekken TG2 to fix most graphical errors.

Man i spent an "entire day" downloading 3 different versions of TTT2 and none of them seemed to work. It's you who told me that it works on a specific build. Thanks for letting me know will try it right away and keep you posted!

EDIT: The only version working for me  would be BLES01702. The rest are not. I tried ticked "Write Colour Buffers" and "Strict Rendering Mode" option. Though that does get the game booted properly but still it's a far cry from bring near flawless. The colours on the textures are not being rendered properly (mostly grey) the BGM soundtrack and dialogues are muted, character select screens run at almost 30 fps. I also wanted the game to run at 1080p but it isn't (poor Anti Aliasing). 

 

If there are ways to improve these features kindly let me know.

 

Also any luck running Ridge Racer 7? Which version version of the game works and on which emulator build no?

haha yea its not the game its the build ...  and i just tested the latest build and tekken tt2 ad tekken 6 r working again so u can go for it  ..

 

the ttg2 version i got is the jap version BLJS10187  and it works fine other that some graphical issues  but with write color buffers its a bit better with no black textures and the strict rendering mode is for a couple of stages that characters appear invisible in and that why u can't render the game at higher resolutions... if u want 1080p or higher u will have to disable strict rendering but u will have more graphical issues and 2 broken stages .

and yep no bgm and dialogues ... for me it runs full speed all the time once u build a good shader cache ... but  it still needs some work to be perfect .

Hi ! yes but sound very better on soulcalibur 4 with LLVM recompiler experimental  90% ok but im sure you know that . For ridge racer 7 its good on selected stage sometimes or freezes its normal ......nobody runs it always without freeze on medium cpu , 2 times on 3 his craching before you have to select cars . Excuse my FRenglish

What settings have you selected  in RPCS3 for Soul Calibur 4? I am getting fps in 30s mostly in gameplay and 60 fps in cutscenes and menus.

 

Are my PC Specs adequate for this game/emulator? Specs mentioned below:

 

 

i7 3770 (3.4 Ghz and overclocked/boosted upto 4.2, strangely Rpcs3 shows 3.4 Ghz and not 4.2 despite being boosted from bios.)

 

AMD Radeon R9 290 (overclocked upto 1080 Mhz on Memory Clock, 1500 Mhz on the memory).

 

8GB RAM Rip Jaws G Skill (1600 Mhz).

oh u know i actually didn't try it lately .. because it was really unstable ..like 1 out of 5 i could start a fight ... but yea withe llvm experiminetal its almost perfect ... and use ridge racer 7 is not stable at all and has some graphical glitches .. but when it works it runs really well and some stages have minor glitches that it looks great with 4k upscaling ..  haha nah ur english is really good .. btw my native language is not english too but i try my best.
