I downloaded OpenAl32.dll. Pasted C:\Windows\SysWOW64

wait i upload the game with Smart Steam Emu you have only to change in .ini file where you put the game

then launches: SmartSteamLoader_x64.exe - Shortcut

and play

Outrun 2 C2C PSP version can be played in splitscreen via 2 separate instances link of the tutorial down below:

For the 2nd instance remap all the keys to your 2nd controller.

You may use Winsplit or the Snap feature on Windows to scale those 2 windows in a better way. Will play in windowed mode.

MAN this looks DUMB as HELL! I can not belive this is being released by NAMCO BANDICO! Yet they wont give us NO WMMT6R! WTF. Playing on the new movie thats coming out at the same time, is this series ever gonna die! Sick of the FANTASY movies and storyline games. Give us ARCADE GAMES!

Not scene release, win10 only. Some cpus not working.( per forum not my info )

Tested working 100% Win10 ent

First impressions: Same ol EA bullshit driving mechanics SUCK! No wheel support out of the box. Stuck with using Xbox emulator X360ce (Unless ps4) Forza Horizon on xbox360 still beats this game!! (In my opinion) Pretty graphics as usual but thats to be expected. Initial D zero, WMMT5 Alot more fun to play! Graphics may not be on par with NFS Heat but gameplay is alot more fun! (At the very least they made the cars sound better!)

I also had constan crash when starting the game.

I first had the missing error of the dll file OpenAL32.dll, and had downloaded the file, but this did just exit the game upon load.

I then found this installer which fixed it for me. workis in both win7 and win10

So install this and just edit the ini line33 file where your game sits and yo sould be good :D

You might want to try the link in my post below for Mad Bullets NoKey, I had the exact same issue and the dll install did the trick for me. 😊
