very disappointed about this version... I prefer 10 Times  the Arcade Feelings , Not tested with my Sindens atm...

Thanks for this. Its not working however on either Ryujinx or Yuzu,  and it seems to small a file to be the complete game. Has anyone else got this working please?

Yeah, I can't get it working in Ryujinx either (never actually tried Yuzu, sorry, know this is the wrong thread for Ryujinx...). It doesn't show up in the emulator's games directory and if I try 'Load application from file' it just goes to a black screen. I've tried updating to the most recent firmware and prod keys and still no joy.

I don't Test it  with YUZU and RYUJINX, but it is the full game, This file work on my Nintendo Switch Hacked. So I suppose no suport from Yuzu and Ryujinx atm...

 

Edit : My mistake it seems, it is a patch for the full game, I have the full iso but I don't find the link anymore...

I got it off usenet. It doesn't run for me in Ryujinx so far.

 

EDIT: Ryujinx updated and it's booting now. Running tests.

Thanks for sharing dude. Man, it really is one of those super slow downloads - it's going at 30KB/s on my usually very fast internet connection, saying I've got 20 hours left for just the first part. Uggggh.

Downloading at 28.8 kbps with my 600MB connection, I prefer to wait on the nsw2u site, they upload it to 1Fichier.

Legend! Thanks for that. What do you do with the patch for the game? I've never patched any stuff in Ryujinx before.

I use Yuzu, because Ryujinx recognizes my xbox controller but inputs wont work on it. In yuzu you go to files and install files to nand. Just looked at it. I think you right click the game and manage title updates then add.

Hi all. Can anyone get their wiimote flash bar working for The House of the Dead Remake please, using mode 2 (using either Ryujinx or Yuzu), or even for the normal mouse to work smoothly. My xbox 360 joypad works, but it doesnt feel like House of the Dead. Thanks very much

Managed to get it running in Ryujinx tonight (fresh install with new prod keys and most recent firmware). The first couple of times I tried running it, it seemed like it was just hanging forever on a black screen. Then on the third attempt after a little while it finally got off the black screen and loaded up.

Yeah man, I can see why you're disappointed in it now. I think the 16 year old Lindbergh version of House of the Dead 4 has superior graphics. Oh well...

Yeah Ryujinx takes longer to load. it will sit on the black screen for a little bit, and then go through. 

Yuzu will load faster, and show the loading screen while it is loading.

This game is very nicely done. I really like it.👍
It's a pity that the lightgun (mouse) does not work and if the cursor could be hidden. If they also produced an arcade version, it would also be successful.
They could also make other remakes, for example (Scud Race, Virtua cop, etc ..

Thanks. It runs pretty choppily on my 10+ year old PC (I suspected it would, but, ehhh, thought I'd give it a try anyway), but it sounds like it's getting ported to PS4, so I'll probably pick it up there (especially if it has PS Move support).

Could you share your key folder please? HTD does not appear on the list of the games. There is nothing.

 

EDIT: it's ok I found the new prod.keys and the game worls well on last yuzu.

The remake is good but for now I prefer the old arcade version. I don't like the music of the first level. I hope that the others are better!

Yeah, not a big fan of the music either. Why did they make the first stage so brown?

It is possible to "play" with an actual mouse - tried it with wiimote on mode 4 emulating a mouse but it is too jumpy.

Works on yuzu not tried on ryujinx

You just need to change it to right stick in game options as set up mouse panning in yuzu.

Haven't spent a huge amount of time on it so changing some settings might make it better, and even using a normal mouse feels likes dragging it across the screen
