I have tried doing this without any success. I know it's possible in Daytona 1.

As far as I know

1 = Blue

2 = Red

3 = Yellow

4 = Green

Can you run Shell.exe and access the config screen when pressing T?

You do this when the game is launched

 

Also what specs PC are you running it on?

Just the logs in the shell folder. They are generated when you attempt to run shell.exe

Alors oui une pression sur START permet de le ranger mais cet enflure revient peu de temps après...

Perso je trouve que ça casse l'immersion (surtout avec ces horribles lignes qui pointent vers les Concurrents, au début je croyais à des artefacts tellement c'est moche )

 

Pareil pour le bandeau défilant en bas de l'écran, y'a moyen de le virer ?

Je pense que Manson parle du pop up de la fenetre DOS qui apparait brievement lors du lancement du jeu.

J'ai pas trouver un moyen d'enlever les concurrents.

tout d'abord, je voudrais dire un grand merci à toute la communauté pour son travail remarquable !

 

Sur ma machine le jeu fonctionne parfaitement par contre je n'arrive à lancer le shell.exe afin d'accéder au test menu malgré l'installation des drivers DK2, j'ai effectué de nombreuses manips et malheureusement rien à faire.

 

Je tourne sur windows 10 dernière version, 

 

Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à corriger ce problème ?

You wont feel force feedback until your in a race and you dont feel it until you take control of the car unlike daytona when you feel it during the rolling start. I thought it wasnt working to start with but then greatness and a big smile! Would an administrator add the file to mega or similar and add it to the beginning of the thread, Thankyou!!! So, I downloaded the pre-configured version from the OP but my controls don't work. I even tried the DaytonaLaunch 3.3 patch. Can someone please help me?

EDIT: I have both a Logitech Rumblepad 2 and a PS4 controller if that helps.

Merci beaucoup, chez moi ca tourne vraiment bien, 60fps, le son et tout c'est vraiment genial jouer sur une television de 55".

 

Je n'ai malheureusement pas de volant, qu'une manette de Xbox One, qui fonctionne a merveille, sauf les "coups de volant" qui sont difficile a eviter. Existe-t-il une facon d'avoir une direction plus "smooth" avec une manette ou c'est impossible?

Currently I have closely followed the forum and this game and several problems have appear:

 

- The game does not start in full screen no matter how hard you place FULLSCREEN = 1

- I can not use my A-pac controller (card to connect commands and arcade buttons with potentiometer support) although it detects me as Xbox 360 controller with the x360ce
- For more than I put FREEPLAY = 1 I always get Insert coin and I can not enter the coin
- does not open the menu test because my monitor is not 1080

 

Fortunately the game runs very well on my dual-core PC with 4GB of ram and zotac 2GB video but I can not start it due the coin..

You must be doing something wrong. Mine runs full screen from the start. There is more than one place to set the full screen setting, do a search in all the ini files.

You don't need 1080p to go into the menu, I have the game running on 720p TVs

I set one button for insert coin and one for start, works fine

ive got the game to open following everything on here, I have an Xbox360 wireless with the proper hub that I use for my cabinet games, how do you setup and map the controls for the 360?

Managed to figure it out, got everything working

maybe I’m missing something, but the gameplay is really slow? Music isn’t stuttering or anything, just slower gameplay compared to the chaotic fun old Daytona.

Hey guys :) First of all, a big thanks to those who made it possible to play this game on PC. I have successfully managed to set up my keyboard to work with the game by emulating an xbox 360 controller with xoutput and universal control remapper. The game seems to run pretty smoothly at 60fps in a borderless window via borderless gaming, however when I use my arrow keys to turn the car, the camera seems to move around also which gets a bit irritating especially on the tracks with very sharp turns. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to stop the camera from moving when steering the car? I have attached my INI files and virtual controller setup screenshots so you guys can check out what settings i am using at the moment. I was going to upload a video as well to better demonstrate what im talking about but my internet is playing up a bit at the moment so if I can manage to upload the video later on I will either update this post or make another one if someone has replied by then. Thanks in advance.

Le jeu semble bien fonctionner à 60fps dans une fenêtre sans bordure via le jeu sans frontières, mais quand j'utilise mes flèches pour faire tourner la voiture, la caméra semble bouger aussi, ce qui est un peu irritant surtout sur les pistes avec des virages serrés. Je me demandais juste si quelqu'un savait comment empêcher l'appareil de bouger quand on conduisait la voiture? J'ai joint mes fichiers INI et les captures d'écran de configuration du contrôleur virtuel pour que vous puissiez vérifier les paramètres que j'utilise en ce moment. J'allais aussi télécharger une vidéo pour mieux montrer de quoi je parle mais mon internet joue un peu en ce moment, donc si je parviens à télécharger la vidéo plus tard, je mettrai à jour ce post ou j'en ferai un autre si quelqu'un a répondu d'ici là.
