[Dumps] Namco System 357 - 369(359)

Salut à tous,

 

Voici une nouvelle intéressante, des dumps 357 et 369 (aussi appelé 359 avec Tekken Tag 2) ont fait leur apparition.

Pour le moment due à la protection des dongles, ils ne sont pas jouables mais il y a fort à parier que ce n'est qu'une question de temps.

L'architecture de ces systèmes étant identique à la PS3, on peut imaginer qu'ils seront jouables via celle ci du moment qu'elle possède un CFW ou alors via un émulateur PS3

Le System 369 (parfois appelé System 359) est une évolution du System 357. Les spécifications sont les mêmes que celles de la Playstation 3 Slim, en outre le châssis est plus petit et dégage moins de chaleur. Un seul jeu utilise ce système d'arcade: Tekken Tag Tournament 2

 

Caractéristique du systeme arcade / Spécifications techniques

 

•     Processeur central : CELL (IBM, Sony, Toshiba)
•     CPU graphique : NVIDIA RSX (Reality Synthesizer).
•     Ram principale : 256 MB XDR
•     Ram vidéo : 256 MB DDR3.
•     Résolution : 480i/576i SD à 1080p HD

non il y a fort a parier que ca ne sera pas jouable du tout, le cpu et le systeme entier n'a rien à voir avec un PC classique (contrairement au ring, taito etc) donc autant attendre une futur émulation (c'est plus probable vu que c'est de la ps2-3 mais bon c'est pas demain la veille).....

pour moi ces dumps ne servent strictement à rien, la mameteam les proposera en chds en temps voulu.

FYI the Tekken 6 link has a corrupted archive.

 

EDIT: Nevermind, I was trying to open the archives with WinRAR. Works OK with 7zip.

You can find these game on PS3. So with the RPCS3 emulator they work.

This package is like the TTX2 multi pack. I downloaded, but i erased. I couldnt find the link again. It was for original equipment like this. Does not work on PC. Darksoft does not already publish certain content to sell hardware.

Nico has a TTX2 free multi game package on the arcade forum. Like most people who have downloaded for PC on time. Only the on original TTX2s working.

I asked the RPCS3(ps3 emulator) devs if they could run Namco System 357 and they said only if it runs and boots like a PS3, so I don't really know. I was a little misinformed when I wrote the article though.

I think I read your post asking about that. It's really sad that the team behind RPCS3 does not care about Namco System 357 emulation. The same with the pcsx2 team with Namco System 246.

Those two systems have an incredible list of games

They don't care because they are not in Arcade, they don't like it as we like it, that's all.

I talked with PCSX2 guys on GH and none of them are interested in system 246.

 

It's a bit sad.

What is the difference in the Japanese version?

It has Japanese voice acting, and it feels like Japanese is more original. I know there's a Chinese version but I think it's pretty rare

Tekken6BR has the hdd security patched out, so can be freely copied to any HDD/SSD.  Must be at least 80GB.

PiZeroFakeDongle is exactly as it sounds: an sd card image that when booted on a rpi zero can be connected in place of an original dongle.  It has been
optimised for low power usage and boot speed so it should beat the System 357 to the race before it is first queried by the game.  It should be powered
by an external power source (PWR in) and the USB connector should simply be placed in place of the original dongle.  I recommend tapping the JVS connector
in a noir cabinet to power the unit so it can be powered when in use.  Do not rely on the System 357 USB port for power as during boot it will cut in and out
and this won't give the PiZero enough time to boot before the game launches, resulting in USB not found errors.
