yep same error here ... new version and win 10 -1809 build ..... did u manage to fix it ?

 

@Manson976   can u upload the spicetools files u r using ?i went for the latest version but no go .... and hopefully there will be an ultimate fix for this game bypassing all those mic  /3d etc  checks..

after reading most of the thread to test this game it seems its not stable at all ...

but with 5-1570-9999  ... so instead of 0001 its 9999  ... did u encounter that error before

at this point i'm assuming that the game doesn't like the old headset i hooked in ...

 

first i had this error

 

but after fiddling around with sounds options i ended up with the other error ...

yea i saw that version after i grabbed the original versions from the first post .... so i guess i'll give it a try ...

but i did configure spicetools and kept hitting service button but got nothing.

1st make a backup your game folder... then extract all these files into your Metal Gear Arcade > I36-2011092900 > contents

set controllers then use spice.exe or Game Loader All RH.exe both are working.  hope this help you and works

just like to report here that with the help of @spiderzsoft  the game is running now ... the problem was the latest spice tools ... with older versions it runs well i tested up to spicetools-latest_2018_08_19

so if anyone gets stuck u might wanna try older versions ...

just 2 important things to make this game work ... old spice tools version ... and any headset lying around ... i even hooked an iphone headset and a mic and it worked

tv speakers as default audio device caused an error ....

Same here too. Ive used several different spice tools and had the same results. Even after setting the service and test buttons I got nothing😞

the one that @spiderzsoft shared in his files definitely work with version I36-2011092900 ... the problem  must be somewhere else

when you get the error message with press service button that is how you know everything is good and you only need to press the service button...

other errors r most likely related to sound settings ... you have to have playback and recording in sound control panel set correctly

Game is starting fine for me. But does anyone know how to play this with a Controller ? Since  i want to play this on my Arcade Machine. 

 

Also when do i need to hit START to disable 3D ? Since this always on which makes it unplayable for me...

Amazing these one 3GB compare I found at cloud.mail.ru where size almost 5.30GB, so i will stick with smaller one..hope can working perfecto!!

you hit start when u r in a mission and u will get 2d ... and in order to play it with a controller u could use joy2key or xpadder ...

@mamefan2018 The thing with TurningOff 3D with START doesnt work sadly... 

 

And im totally new to all these things... Never used joy2key or xpadder. Looks like i need to watch some tutorials for joy2key or xpadder

joy2key is pretty easy to use and more portable ... it should be straight forward ... assign keys to controller buttons and save profile and thats al

Make sure the two 3d files are deleted and map a 3D off/on key. Works fine.

i don't think the 3d files r causing the problem ... i didn't delete anything ...but i guess he could give it a try (always backup before deleting anything)... and u got the 2d/3d button mixed up with the road fighters game ...

in metal gear u use the start button.

That pre-configured google link gives me a 404 error. I followed your alternative method before reaching out: used the 2900 release. Copied your dump of the “contents” folder. Configured controls in Spicecfg.exe. Plugged in a headset with mic, and finally launched Spice.exe. Almost immediately a red box with the error pops up.

 

i’m using Whatever version of spice was in your “contents” folder
