[Mame 0.188+] Problem With Displaying A List Of Games For A Given Console

Help !

 

Since Mame 0.188,

I am not anymore able to display the list of games for a given console (instead, a list of files is displayed),

As shown in these images :

 

- Mame 0.187 (OK)

- Mame 0.188 (NOK)

 

Do you know what is wrong with my parameters ? (or is there a bug ?)

I don't really use that menu.

On 0.190 it seem to work for listing only -> when i try to launch any game i have error "not found rom".

But i have ALL CHD/Roms/Bios or anything available....

Then i use "Media View" and Cartridge/Quickload....

That is the problem (that 'SW files' worked perfectly unti Mame 0.187)

Bah justement,

Ce que je dis,

C'est que ça fonctionnait bien jusqu'à Mame 0.187,

et que ça ne fonctionne pas bien avec Mame 0.188, 0.189, 0.190.

 

(ou alors il y a quelque chose que je n'ai pas compris..)

This has been driving me crazy and looking for a solution for hours.  Is there anyway to just list the games in this view and not all the bin files?

are you talking about using mame for console games such as mega drive  snes etc?..  why bother ? just use fusion etc..
