Neither option worked. it still has audio-unsyncronize issue..

Can anyone kindly help with simulation issue? I am currently experiencing difficulties in running the game smoothly, running the game on a laptop with 300hz rate, 16GB RAM. Everytime i enter despite any exe mode (with or without vsync, with normal or 2k, with sharedaudio or no), it always shows the issue like unsyncronized audio and graphic, song being faster than notes coming on. Everytime when i finish the 'choosing costume' UI and enter song select, after opening a genre folder it will ALWAYS LAG for half a second, and it starts to have desyncronized audio. I tried to run in windows mode but it only displays as 30 fps-ish when i run the game. And also problem of the game when I change back to full-screen mode, the graphic being way too large and can't find anywhere to adjust screen size to normal... I have also tried some method mentioned earlier in the post, such as in Nvidia setting change Max-frame to 120 and Vsync-Off, but none of those solutions worked. This simulation pain is killing my mind so badly, it would help a lot if any of you can give some advice on those.
