So I am genuinely at a complete loss for how to get Valkyrie mode working. After patching the .dll and swapping out the F to G in ea3-config.xml, the game just instantly crashes on startup. Nothing loads on the main and sub screens, they just pop up completely white in windowed mode and crash after two seconds. This is without having -w on in spicecfg, but I did check with it on just to be sure. I read somebody else was able to get it to run when they disconnected their other monitors, and I also attempted to specify which monitor to use with -monitor, but neither have fixed the issue. The main monitor I'm trying to run the game on is running at 1080x1920 144hz, so I don't think this is an issue. I've attempted this on 2021083100, and on 20211020000 with identical results, does anybody know how I can fix this? Edit: Welp, I'm an idiot. I took the lazy way out and thought it was enough to software disconnect my monitors. As long as you have 1-2 monitors, it should be fine. Don't have any more than that connected.
