First, thank you for sharing the control trick. I never knew that! Using B/A for gas/brake has always been a pain for all these years. Second, for the ws exe, I'm replacing the same named file in \Gvr\Games\HP2\NFSHP2. Once gameplay attempts to render, I get just a generic windows app crashes message. Using a 1080p monitor. Win 10, Nvidia 3070, latest drivers. Also, does 1.1 add anything over 1.0 version or just misc. bug fixes probably?

Game has always worked for me, but even with XP compat., I get a crash loading gameplay with the widescreen exe (or the 1.1 version of game). Guess I'm stuck with the 4:3 800x600.

No it's just an input issue. They're unlocked.

Same thing here. I can't select those 2 tracks and vehicle due to the sensitivity of the controller.

Ah I'm just running it natively in Win10.

For me, on nvidia, turning off Threaded Optimization in the CP strangely fixed it.

My results are completely different. v3: full screen perfect, esc works v4: full screen broken(doesn't autohide taskbar until the game is closed), esc works
