chunithm new uses the same audio format but encrypted. the encryption keys are stored in chusanapp.exe which is also encrypted, and if you have a decrypted exe you might as well just play new at that point anyways. and no there's no way to reasonably crack the audio, it uses 56-bit encryption which while possible to brute-force it'd take weeks with a standard desktop pc. it also doesn't share encryption keys with any other sega games from what i've researched. your best bet would be to convert the audio from another source then time it to the chart files.
