The biggest problem will be getting the dumps. The games that we all want are not public. Makes getting them emulated difficult. Great work so far.

Support the creator of Play. Don't support me. He is doing all the work. My involvement in this is close to zero. I just sent an email to initially kickstart this and supplied the dongles.

Just tried this...It does not work. Wont boot. I installed the ps3 firmware.. The emulator even crashes occasionally. Weird.

How do u save in this game? Any options in the spice tools??? Can you even save locally???

Yes, it is a totally different architecture. System 246 and 256 are based on PS2 hardware. Play is a ps2 emulator. System 23 is it's own thing.

Thanks for mentioning it. For anyone deciding to donate please mention Namco System 246 emulation when doing so. I will help a ton. 2 is up to MAME as it used a different system.

Gotta set a few things straight here.. Guru is not the developer of this. He simply posted the videos on his page. Jean (Play Ps2 Emulator developer) is the one working on this. If you like what you are seeing please consider supporting him. Cobra is being emulated because I specifically asked for it. Next game should be Time Crisis 3. In terms of dumps, we have most of them including the dongles.

I am the guy who kickstarted this project by simply sending the right email to the right guy.. Kinda spiraled from there.

I am interested in this.... A clean MagicGate dump is all we need for proper Namco System 246 emulation??? alright... I have the system 246 dongle files.. Who wants to help me get this up and running?

I am assuming it needs the shader fix, correct?
