Okay I solved the problem. The issue is that my monitor is not exactly 60Hz, which is a bit higher (60.029736Hz), when I set the game max fps to two times this Hz the freeze problem is gone.

The game runs for me at normal speed on TP, but did anyone experience lag spikes problem? When I start running the game, the game keeps changing between running and freezing for like 3 seconds.
