    Uh, the error actually says there is an error with the USB dongle plugged in... You can translate it and see for yourself. The number code specifically means there are multiple USB devices plugged in. While the issue can happen for various reasons, that is definitely a possibility.

    The solution I gave you worked for someone else with the same issue... The error states that there is a dongle error, specifically that multiple USB dongles are plugged in..

    Do you have any USB devices plugged in? Try unplugging then and testing it
