change the extension from .BIN to .ISO

there is a HACKED emu so when you charge the modified rom it tells FZERO AX which is supposed to be the arcade version give a try at : https://1fichier.com/?lmcufkas0jh0i9dikmp0 Emulator (patched) + ROM Japan (Patched) us the rom inside for the Emu

TESTED , there are slowdowns 😞 but the game says FPS: 60 iit's ok ? also do i need to rename always the .BIN to .ISO to play the game ?
