I did all of them including downloading the separate ea3-config, updating all the spicetools settings and registering the dlls etc.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

Hello, I'm very new to this but I followed the video and the directions as best as I could. For some reason the game won't start and gives "[2021/02/22 21:49:23] W:pkglist: unknown: no list." error. Any help would be much appreciated. log.txt
