Am I the only one that only has lower difficulties when not in "all music" with this startup.arc? Also "all music" does not in fact have all music (missing ハジマリノアイズ)

Im having a problem, i can run new plus just fine but i cannot find where to set the controls. im trying to play on a keyboard (brokenithm), the test and service buttons work fine but nothing else works. i tried to set the controls in segatools.ini and putting the file in app\bin\DEVICES and also in app\bin which neither worked. when i tried sun plus, the 32 keys worked correctly but test, service and air/lift (i dont know what its called) dont work

Anyone know where i can find an english patch for this?

How do you set up the card reader? I got 27 with asphyxia but can't seem to get saves working

I got the game to run but there's no sound whatsoever and how do i change the language? what am i to do???

do i name it spice64 -ea and leave it blank inside or do i leave the name blank and type spice64 -ea inside? also do i launch it directly in the cmd prompt or just by double clicking it?

do i need to name the txt file anything? also, i put the bat file in contents and i run it through the cmd prompt right?

when i type spice64 -ea in the cmd window i got the error: "spice64" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. how to fix?
