Hey guys can someone help me? When i open Sound Voltex i get libavs-win64.dll error. I don't understand what dll is this and what should i download. Tried everything Visual C++ installer, DirectX 2010 June installer. What else can fix this error?

Okay. So, i downloaded it on other hardware with amd radeon integrated card, and i probably found why it not worked before. Now it founds soundvoltex.dll. Yet it still can't find libavs-win64.dll, i tried everything. DirectX from June 2010, all in one installer of Visual C++ Redistributable runtimes, this pc have media feautre pack. What should i do? And also tried to launch it with spice.exe and spice64.exe i get same error.

Can someone say what should i download in order to launch latest beatmania game? Thanks
