  1. F10… ou F11. J'sais plus, c'est un de ces boutons-là.
  2. There might be another solution using the Lichtknarre lightgun solution but I can't be sure atm. I'll have to test and see how it goes, as soon as I'm done building it.
  3. Got the same issue now though I didn't before… did anyone figure out a fix? It seems to be a fullscreen issue since I can play normally while playing windowed. Sadly, TC5 won't play nice with Borderless Gaming. Edit: nevermind, the problem came from DemulShooter as my wiimote apparently had reset to another HID. Exodus123456, try to reconfigure DemulShooter and see if that changes anything.
  4. Yup, you read that right. A friend and I managed to get a few games running and I thought we'd share our findings. We couldn't get everything to work just now but at least Dolphin and TeknoParrot did. Now, onto the tutorial part. Rather than explaining which games work, I'll boil it down to the two emulators that do. But first, let's get a lil something called Parsec. You'll need to make an account, download the software and then install it. If you haven't heard of Parsec, this basically works like Steam Remote Play, allowing you to play with an online player in local co-op. You'll need quite a strong connection, that's granted, but it's the best we've got. Try the options as much as you will but make sure you disable the "Exclusive Input Mode" or else this simply won't cut it. Once everything is installed for you and your partner(s), head down your cursor to the lower left part and make sure Keyboard and Mouse are set to allow control, like so: Then let's get to the emulators themselves. TeknoParrot Whatever your gun is, you will need to configure it first. For that, head to Controller Setup and bind your keys. Once you're done, ask your partner to do the same. Normally, your friend's controls should show up as "unknown input" like in this screenshot: However, it's perfectly usable! All you need to do is to set the proper input into "player 2 lightgun", in our case this is the infamous "unknown input". This should do the trick. Dolphin Now in the case of Dolphin, this gets a little more complicated. You do need a WiiMote. The reason for that is that DemulShooter sadly doesn't support Parsec input just yet (and supposedly might never do, although I did ask argonlefou to check if he could do anything about it), so this means no double Aimtraks or Sindens. I couldn't get my WiiMote into first position in the Dolphin configuration because the direct input from the mouse seems to only configure itself well in the first position. So what you need to do is do head down to the controller settings and configure it like so: Then click the configure box, bind the buttons and then the mouse into the second tab called "Motion Stimulation". Here's an example of how I did it: Now then, your partner will assume the direct input from your mouse (meaning his dolphin bar should be in mode 2 if using a wiimote as well) and yours will stay in mode 4. You can play with more local players if you like, but you'll still be limited to only one online player with you. I know it's far from being a perfect solution but given the fun we had playing Ghost Squad and Sega Golden Gun together, I just thought someone else might be interested. Again, if you manage to get any input from another emulator (such as MAME, please), do feel free to share your findings with me!

    Hamachi and TeknoParrot?

Sadly I couldn't get ZeroTier to work. I'm afraid that's a bit too technical for me.
  6. Yo! I know some games come with LAN support on TeknoParrot but I'm having a bit of trouble getting them to run on Hamachi. So far, the only one I managed to run was Sega Rally 3 with the sole issue that my gaming partner doesn't see the cars moving on his end. Could it be a firewall issue? Also, did you manage to get any other running? If so, which and how? Thanks in advance and do feel free to respond in french as that's my native language.

    [PC] Racing Recommendations

Seems to be off, mind reuploading? Thanks in advance!
  8. I suggest using CXBXR, not sure if you're referring to the same thing. Here's my post in another thread about it:
  9. So what's the current situation regarding emulation of the Switch? Should I stick to Yuzu or give a try to Ryujinx? I'm having shitty performance with it, at least on the games I tried: Pokémon Sword, Mario Odyssey and Virtua Racing. Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X (I believe that's like 6 cores at 3.4 ghz), NVIDIA GeForce 1060GTX 3GB, 16.0GB RAM @ 1043MHz. Am I due to an upgrade? :(
  10. Sorry, bit of a late answer but for mouse (as well as lightguns) support you need to disable all inputs into CXBXR and get it back using Demulshooter. Once you downloaded it, I suggest you put it in a folder of your choosing and make a bat file to launch the game directly. Here's a template, just modify it according to your paths and you should be good to go. cd /d C:\PathToDemulShooter start DemulShooter.exe -target=chihiro -rom=vcop3 start /wait C:\PathToCXBXR\cxbx.exe /load "C:\PathToYourRoms\vc3.xbe" WMIC PROCESS WHERE Name="DemulShooter.exe" CALL Terminate exit
  11. My pleasure. Still, I still find it a little odd you get nothing upon inspecting... I checked online and as line said, people in the business of arcades (and dumpers, obviously) use HDDRawCopy to make backups of their games so I'm starting to believe the disk has been formatted, plain and simple.
  12. Just had my father over phone (he was an IT when he was younger), turns out it is entirely possible to have data not show up due to having the incorrect system. Can't help you further then, sorry.
  13. Could be but I'm not entirely sure why the partition would not even show up... I believe the data would still show up, even if encrypted. I've got to admit this is a bit out of my expertise but it would be the first time I hear of such a technique. Just to be sure and if it's not too personal to ask, where did you get these disks from? Because it's also possible that the previous owner, or the devs themselves, formated the disks and broke the partitions to make sure no one would pirate their game.
  14. No problem, thank you for translating it. I believe Windows either cannot read the partition format, or it got corrupted somehow. Do you have access to a Linux PC? Linux might be able to recover it. As it stands, with Windows, your only possibility is to create a new partition using the unallocated space but that would mean losing all the data on the disk.
  15. Run diskmgmt.msc from the Run… command in Windows menu, then post a screenshot of the disk info. It's a partition issue, but I'm not entirely sure of the cause or how to gain back access to the data on it so let's start with that and we'll see how to proceed next. Hopefully, there's more than one partition and the one that contains Gunslinger Stratos is just hidden, in which case it's gonna be easy to display it.
  16. Got the game working but is there any way to edit the controls? I tried using an ahk script but it doesn't seem to register (though it works since I tried to use it alt tabbed). Mostly I'd like to replace the start button (1) with enter instead. Also is there any easy way to quit the game? It's really unpractical at the moment. Edit: got it. If you come across this message and need an explanation on how to proceed, send me a PM or quote-reply. Can't be hassled atm lol.
  17. Disregard everything I said earlier, I managed to figure it out. That said I have an issue I don't know how to fix at the moment: I'm getting a movie error with Gaia Attack 4 despite the fact it's running in compatibility mode and that I installed the codec package that was given alongside the game. Am I supposed to install it in some specific place, or do I just have shitty luck? Anyone care to help? Edit: nevermind, got it. If you have the same issue, download and install Media Player Codec Pack from the official website.
  18. Aight. Just need to find a way to input something else than middle mouse button as the wiimote has none lol. Thanks!
  19. It's one of my fav too :D Did you manage to get Time Crisis 4 to run with a Wiimote, btw? I got 1, 2, 3, 5, Project Titan and Crisis Zone but I haven't tried my luck at 4 and Razing Storm yet.
  20. Wew lad! Thanks a lot for both isos. I didn't need the chinese version for Crisis Zone indeed, I just needed it to work lol. If pal does, then pal it is. After running some tests I can confirm both games work! Solved!
  21. Heya. I've been searching for the chinese version of Time Crisis 3 pretty much everywhere but I just can't seem to find it (probably because I don't speak chinese...). In case you ask yourself why I need it: because it's the only one that seem to make use of the mouse patcher fix for pcsx2, or in other words, the only way to play Time Crisis 3 with a wiimote. If you happen to have it, lemme know! BTW, I'm also looking for Time Crisis Crisis Zone, chinese version as well. I'm not fairly certain this one works but if that works for TC3, why not? Thanks a ton in advance!
  22. Heya. Is there any way to make the crosshair show by default in game? I guess I could make a bat file hitting F10 (in my case) but it's not the most practical way for me (due to other scripts).
