If you have not find the root then I'd prefer you can try the mitigation intermediate approch, by creating a TCSaveData.txt into C:\ and delete the extention to make it a normal file(only you know what it originally is). And set it's level to read-only.
That's if you just want to keep it from eating up the drive space in C:\.
If you want the folder totally not appear, well so far I have no idea either.
