I just got it up and running but am not sure how to change the resolution. If anyone could tell me that would be great. The audio is also fuzzy and slower then it should be. Can someone please respond soon.

I just downloaded the file from the mirror link but when I try to unzip it ask for a password. Could someone tell what it is please? Thanks.
